Requisitos previos
Las instrucciones de configuración completas están incluidas en el conector (visibles en el store al seleccionarlo). Las variables de entorno requeridas:

Paso 1 — Obtener credenciales
La configuración lleva unos 5 minutos. Necesitas una cuenta de comercio Clover (o un comercio de prueba) y un usuario admin que pueda crear tokens de API.
- Entra en el Clover Merchant Dashboard como admin y abre Settings, View all settings, API tokens (en Account and setup, Business operations). Crea un token y marca los permisos que necesitan las herramientas: Merchant read, Inventory read y write, Orders read y write, Payments read, Customers read y write, Employees read. Para un comercio de prueba, haz lo mismo desde el Global Developer Dashboard (Test merchants, Launch dashboard).
- Pega el token en
CLOVER_API_TOKEN. Se envía comoAuthorization: Bearer <token>. - Pon en
CLOVER_MERCHANT_IDel id de comercio de 13 caracteres (mId). Aparece en la dirección del dashboard.../merchants/<mId>/...y en Account and setup, Merchants. - Pon en

clover_get_merchant: muestra el nombre del negocio y confirma el token.
Qué lee: el comercio con clover_get_merchant, clover_get_merchant_address y clover_get_merchant_properties (moneda, zona horaria, configuración regional, propinas e impuestos), los tipos de pedido y los roles de empleados; artículos con clover_list_items y clover_get_item (precio, tipo de precio, SKU, código, coste; con expand categorías, impuestos, grupos de modificadores o stock), stock con clover_list_item_stocks y clover_get_item_stock, categorías con clover_list_categories, clover_get_category y clover_list_category_items, además de tipos de impuesto, descuentos predefinidos y grupos de modificadores; pedidos con clover_list_orders y clover_get_order (expand lineItems y payments), sus líneas y descuentos de pedido; pagos con clover_list_payments, clover_get_payment, clover_list_order_payments y clover_list_employee_payments (útil para propinas y ventas por empleado), reembolsos con clover_list_refunds y clover_get_refund, medios de pago (tenders) con clover_list_tenders y clover_get_tender; clientes con clover_list_customers y clover_get_customer (expand emailAddresses, phoneNumbers y addresses); empleados con clover_list_employees y clover_get_employee y fichajes con clover_list_shifts y clover_list_employee_shifts.
Qué escribe: artículos con clover_create_item y clover_update_item; stock con clover_update_item_stock, que fija una cantidad absoluta y no una diferencia, así que la IA lee antes el stock actual; categorías con clover_create_category y clover_update_category; clientes con clover_create_customer y clover_update_customer. Pedidos en una llamada: clover_calculate_order devuelve totales, impuestos, descuentos y cargos de servicio sin guardar, y después clover_create_atomic_order crea el mismo carrito. Paso a paso: clover_create_order, clover_add_line_item, clover_add_order_discount y clover_update_order. Clover actualiza un registro con un POST a su dirección. Los pedidos y los cambios de stock aparecen al instante en los dispositivos y en los informes del comercio, así que la IA te enseña lo que va a cambiar y espera tu sí.
Desactivadas al instalar: clover_void_line_item, clover_delete_order y clover_delete_customer. No se pueden deshacer, así que un admin del workspace las activa cuando el equipo las necesita.
Filtros: filter acepta una lista de condiciones con la forma campo operador valor, por ejemplo ["createdTime>=1767225600000", "createdTime<1767830400000"]; se combinan con AND. Los filtros de tiempo en pedidos, pagos y reembolsos cubren como máximo 90 días por petición, así que la IA divide los periodos más largos en ventanas de 90 días. expand añade registros relacionados en la misma llamada (separados por comas).
Formatos de datos: las listas llegan como {elements: [...], href}. El dinero es un entero en céntimos de la moneda del comercio (1999 = 19,99); los descuentos son importes negativos. Las cantidades de línea (unitQty) van multiplicadas por 1000. Los tipos de impuesto van multiplicados por 100000 (825000 = 8,25 %). Las horas son milisegundos Unix epoch en UTC; la IA las convierte con la zona horaria de clover_get_merchant_properties. Los ids son cadenas de 13 caracteres.
Paginación: limit (100 por defecto, 1000 como máximo) y offset. Cuando una página trae limit elementos, la IA vuelve a pedir con offset más limit. Las listas anidadas cargadas con expand se cortan en 100 entradas.
Límites y errores comunes: 16 peticiones por segundo y 5 peticiones simultáneas por token; por encima, Clover responde 429 con retry-after. 401 indica un token incorrecto o revocado o la región equivocada en CLOVER_API_URL (un token de sandbox solo funciona en apisandbox.dev.clover.com). 403 indica que al token le falta el permiso para esos datos: edita el token en el Merchant Dashboard y márcalo. 404 indica un id de comercio o de registro incorrecto. 400 suele indicar un campo de filtro no válido.
El conector no cobra pagos con tarjeta ni emite reembolsos: eso se hace en el dispositivo Clover o con la Clover Ecommerce API. Lee tipos de impuesto, descuentos, grupos de modificadores, empleados y turnos sin cambiarlos y, con las herramientas activas al instalar, no borra nada.
