Requisitos previos
Las instrucciones de configuración completas están incluidas en el conector (visibles en el store al seleccionarlo). Las variables de entorno requeridas:

Paso 1 — Obtener credenciales
El conector usa ShipStation API v2, así que necesita una clave de API V2. La antigua clave V1 con secreto no funciona.
- En ShipStation, abre Settings → Account → API Settings. Tu plan debe incluir acceso a la API.
- En la sección V2, haz clic en Generate API Key y copia la clave; se muestra una sola vez. Solo hay una clave V2 activa a la vez: generar una nueva revoca la anterior, también en cualquier otra herramienta que la use.
- Pégala en
SHIPSTATION_API_KEY. Se envía en la cabeceraAPI-Key. También funcionan las claves de ShipStation API (antes ShipEngine) de api-portal.shipstation.com; las claves que empiezan porTEST_van al sandbox. - Llama primero a
shipstation_list_carriers: los ids de transportista (se-...) hacen falta para tarifas y servicios. Después,shipstation_list_shipmentsconshipment_status=pendinglista lo que queda por enviar.
En v2 los pedidos son shipments. Un pedido en la app web de ShipStation es un shipment en la API, y un envío en la app web es una etiqueta (label). El pedido v1 12345678 es se-12345678, y el número de pedido es shipment_number. La API v2 no tiene un endpoint que liste tiendas; filtra por store_id en su lugar.
Las etiquetas cuestan dinero. Las herramientas de etiquetas (shipstation_create_label_from_shipment, shipstation_create_label_from_rate, shipstation_void_label) se instalan desactivadas. Las cuentas de la plataforma ShipStation no tienen sandbox, así que una etiqueta comprada se cobra a la cuenta del transportista. Actívalas solo si la IA debe comprar etiquetas. Las cotizaciones de tarifas y la validación de direcciones no cambian nada.
Límite: 200 solicitudes por minuto por cuenta; un 429 trae la cabecera Retry-After con los segundos de espera.

Paso 3 — Añadir el conector en ChatGPT
La URL de tu servidor: en AnythingMCP abre MCP Servers → el servidor donde está este conector y copia su URL (
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Úsala donde esta guía muestraYOUR_SERVER_ID.
ChatGPT se conecta a servidores MCP como apps personalizadas en modo desarrollador (Developer mode), disponible en los planes de pago, no en el gratuito. En los espacios Business y Enterprise puede que un administrador tenga que habilitarlo antes.
- En ChatGPT, abre Settings → Security and login y activa Developer mode.
- Ve a chatgpt.com/plugins y pulsa +.
- Escribe un nombre y una descripción breve, por ejemplo Name:
