Requisitos previos
Las instrucciones de configuración completas están incluidas en el conector (visibles en el store al seleccionarlo). Las variables de entorno requeridas:
SUPERCHAT_API_KEY
Paso 1 — Obtener credenciales
- En Superchat, abre Settings → Integrations → API (https://app.superchat.de/settings/integrations). Solo los administradores del espacio de trabajo ven la key.
- Pon la key en
SUPERCHAT_API_KEY; se envía en la cabeceraX-API-KEY. La key tiene acceso total de lectura y escritura al espacio de trabajo, así que cualquier usuario de este servidor puede leer todas las conversaciones. - Llama a
superchat_get_mepara comprobar la key. Para leer la conversación de un cliente:superchat_search_contacts(correo, teléfono en formato E.164 o usuario de Instagram), despuéssuperchat_list_contact_conversationsy despuéssuperchat_list_conversation_messages.
Las herramientas de envío (superchat_send_message, superchat_send_template, superchat_send_email) llegan a los clientes, no se pueden deshacer y se instalan desactivadas. Se aplican las reglas de Meta: en WhatsApp el texto libre solo se entrega dentro de las 24 horas siguientes al último mensaje del contacto; si no, envía una plantilla aprobada con superchat_send_template (la factura Meta). En Instagram y Facebook solo puedes responder, dentro de 7 días. Un espacio de trabajo puede hacer 2500 peticiones cada 5 minutos entre todas sus keys; por encima, Superchat responde 429.

Paso 3 — Añadir el conector en ChatGPT
La URL de tu servidor: en AnythingMCP abre MCP Servers → el servidor donde está este conector y copia su URL (
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Úsala donde esta guía muestraYOUR_SERVER_ID.
ChatGPT se conecta a servidores MCP como apps personalizadas en modo desarrollador (Developer mode), disponible en los planes de pago, no en el gratuito. En los espacios Business y Enterprise puede que un administrador tenga que habilitarlo antes.
- En ChatGPT, abre Settings → Security and login y activa Developer mode.
- Ve a chatgpt.com/plugins y pulsa +.
- Escribe un nombre y una descripción breve, por ejemplo Name:
Superchat. - En Connection, introduce la URL del servidor MCP
