Configuración
El conector inicia sesión en la Crewmeister API v3 con el correo y la contraseña de un usuario de Crewmeister, recibe un token y vuelve a iniciar sesión por sí solo cuando caduca. Ve exactamente lo que ese usuario puede ver.
- Elige o crea para la integración un usuario de Crewmeister con acceso por correo y contraseña. Las cuentas de inicio de sesión único sin contraseña de Crewmeister no pueden entrar. Para datos de toda la empresa usa una cuenta de propietario o manager; un miembro normal solo ve sus propios datos.
- Pon el correo de acceso en
CREWMEISTER_EMAILy la contraseña enCREWMEISTER_PASSWORD. Comprueba antes que el mismo par funciona en app.crewmeister.com. - Empieza con
crewmeister_list_memberspara eluserIdde cada persona ycrewmeister_list_crewspara elcrewId; luegocrewmeister_list_absence_typesrelaciona los ids de tipos de ausencia con sus nombres.
Conviene saber:
- Algunas herramientas responden 400 sin filtros obligatorios:
crewmeister_list_durationsycrewmeister_list_calendar_daysnecesitancrewId==<id>más una fecha o un rango,crewmeister_list_duration_balancesycrewmeister_list_entitlement_balancesnecesitancrewId==<id>;date==<day>, ycrewmeister_list_absence_entitlementsnecesitacrewId==<id>. - Los filtros son RSQL, por ejemplo
userId==123;date=ge=2026-09-01;date=le=2026-09-30. Las páginas empiezan en 0 y traen 20 elementos por defecto. - Para horas trabajadas usa las duraciones, para saber quién está fichado ahora los fichajes de hoy, y para las vacaciones restantes
crewmeister_list_entitlement_balances. - La contraseña de acceso a la crew y los PIN de terminal de los miembros se eliminan de las respuestas. El conector usa solo la API v3; la v2 se retiró el 31 de marzo de 2026.
