Jobber

This connector works with Jobber (home service business software for landscaping, cleaning, HVAC, plumbing and similar trades) through its GraphQL API (https://api.getjobber.com/api/graphql): clients and properties, requests, quotes, jobs and visits, invoices, users and the products and services list. It can create clients, jobs, quotes and invoices.

Setup (about 10 minutes, needs a Jobber admin)

1. Sign up at the Jobber Developer Center (https://developer.getjobber.com) and click Create App.
2. Set the OAuth Callback URL to <your AnythingMCP URL>/api/mcp-oauth/callback (on AnythingMCP Cloud: https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/api/mcp-oauth/callback).
3. Tick the scopes the AI needs: read for Clients, Requests, Quotes, Jobs, Scheduled Items, Invoices, Users and Products and Services; write only for what it may change (Clients, Jobs, Quotes, Invoices). Jobber sets the scopes on the app, not in the sign-in link. Keep Refresh token rotation on.
4. Save, copy the Client ID and Client Secret into JOBBER_CLIENT_ID and JOBBER_CLIENT_SECRET, install, then click Authorize with Provider and allow access as an admin of the Jobber account. Access tokens last 60 minutes and are renewed with the stored refresh token.
5. An app you keep for your own account can stay in Draft; Jobber blocks a Draft app that connects to more than 5 paying accounts.

Every call sends the X-JOBBER-GRAPHQL-VERSION: 2026-05-12 header. Jobber supports a version for at least 12 months; responses carry extensions.versioning with a warning when it is about to expire.

Workflow

• Account and team: jobber_get_account, jobber_list_users, jobber_list_products.
• Clients: jobber_list_clients (search_term or filter), jobber_get_client (emails, phones, properties with their ids, latest jobs and invoices), jobber_list_properties. Change them with jobber_create_client, jobber_update_client, jobber_archive_client.
• Requests and quotes: jobber_list_requests, jobber_get_request, jobber_list_quotes, jobber_get_quote, jobber_create_quote.
• Jobs and schedule: jobber_list_jobs, jobber_get_job, jobber_list_visits (filter by startAt for a day or week), jobber_create_job, jobber_update_job, jobber_close_job.
• Billing: jobber_list_invoices (filter by status, e.g. past_due), jobber_get_invoice, jobber_create_invoice, jobber_mark_invoice_sent.
• Anything else: jobber_graphql_query runs any read. Look up a type first with query { __type(name: "Job") { fields { name } } }. jobber_graphql_mutation and jobber_graphql_subscription are installed switched off; jobber_graphql_schema_url and jobber_graphql_schema cannot load a schema file, because Jobber publishes none outside the Developer Center.

Reading the answers: ids are encoded strings (Z2lkOi8v...), reuse them as returned. Times are ISO 8601 in UTC; convert them to the business's time zone. Amounts are plain numbers in the account currency. Status values in filters are lower case (requires_invoicing, awaiting_payment); visit statuses come back in upper case. jobberWebUri opens the record in Jobber.

Filters and paging: list tools take first (20 by default) and after; continue with after = pageInfo.endCursor while pageInfo.hasNextPage is true. filter is the API's filter object for that list (see each tool); date ranges are { "after": ..., "before": ... }. A job belongs to a property, not directly to a client: read the client's properties first.

Writes: mutations answer userErrors; an empty list means success, otherwise read the message and path. Jobber's API cannot send quotes or invoices by email or approve quotes; the user does that in Jobber. Show the user what will be created or changed and wait for a yes.

Switched off at install: jobber_close_job; it deletes incomplete visits, which cannot be undone, so an admin switches it on when the team needs it.

Limits and errors: each app and account has a query-cost budget of 10,000 points that refills at 500 points a second; a query over budget answers a THROTTLED error, wait a few seconds and retry with a smaller first. Separately, more than 2,500 requests in 5 minutes answer 429. 401 means the authorization expired or was revoked (authorize again); an error naming a missing scope means the app lacks it (add the scope, then authorize again).
