Setup
Il connettore usa la REST API di Autotask PSA. Serve una risorsa solo API, che può creare soltanto un amministratore di Autotask.
- In Autotask apri Admin → Resources/Users → New API User e assegna alla risorsa il livello di sicurezza API User (API-only).
- Nella sua scheda Security, sotto API Tracking Identifier, scegli il tuo vendor di integrazione oppure lascia che Autotask generi un identificativo personalizzato (internal integration). Copialo in
AUTOTASK_INTEGRATION_CODE. - Copia lo username dell'utente API (un valore simile a un'email) in
AUTOTASK_USERNAMEe il secret generato inAUTOTASK_SECRET. Il secret viene mostrato per intero solo quando lo generi. - Apri
https://webservices.autotask.net/atservicesrest/v1.0/zoneInformation?user=<API username>nel browser e copia l'host dal campourlinAUTOTASK_ZONE_HOST, per esempiowebservices5.autotask.net: solo l'host, senzahttps://e senza percorso. Una zona sbagliata risponde 500 o 401 anche con credenziali corrette. - Parti da
autotask_query_companies, poiautotask_query_ticketsconcompanyID. Stato, priorità e coda sono id numerici diversi per ogni database: leggili conautotask_get_entity_fields(per esempio entitàTickets) prima di filtrarli o scriverli.
Una query restituisce al massimo 500 record; Autotask consente 10.000 richieste all'ora per database, quindi per i conteggi usa autotask_count_tickets. Creare e aggiornare ticket, aggiungere note e registrare ore modifica i dati e può far partire notifiche ai clienti tramite le regole di workflow. Questo connettore non cancella nulla.
