ABOSS + ChatGPT
ABOSS, software per agenzie di booking della musica dal vivo: eventi e date dei tour, deal e cachet, progetti (artisti), venue, viaggi, contatti, fatture, contratti e advancing, letti tramite la ABOSS Agency API v1.
Prerequisiti
Le istruzioni di setup complete sono incluse nel connettore stesso (visibili nello store quando lo selezioni). Le variabili d'ambiente richieste sono:
ABOSS_API_KEY
Step 1 — Ottieni le credenziali
- La API key di un'agenzia la crea il suo API Key Manager, un utente con permesso Administrate su Office. Il supporto ABOSS designa questo utente su richiesta ([email protected], indicando id e nome dell'agenzia).
- L'API Key Manager apre Office → API Key → Settings, conferma la password e spunta uno scope per ogni modulo che il connettore deve leggere: events (sempre incluso), deals, projects, locations, travels, contacts, invoices, contracts e advancings. Un tool il cui modulo non è spuntato risponde 401 o 403; spunta lo scope sulla key esistente invece di crearne una nuova.
- Inserisci la key in
ABOSS_API_KEY; viene inviata comeAuthorization: Bearer. - Inizia con
a_boss_list_projectsper avere gli artisti e i loro id, poia_boss_list_eventsconproject_idse un intervallostart_from/start_toper il calendario di un tour.
La ABOSS Agency API v1 è solo in lettura: nulla in questo connettore modifica i dati in ABOSS. Consente 60 richieste al minuto per key. Restringi ogni elenco con un intervallo di date, updated_at_from, event_id o ids: gli elenchi non filtrati di deal, viaggi, contratti e advancing di un'agenzia molto attiva richiedono decine di secondi e possono andare in timeout. Gli eventi condivisi da un'altra agenzia o da un artista compaiono solo con include_shared=true.

Step 3 — Aggiungi il connettore in ChatGPT
L'URL del tuo server: in AnythingMCP apri MCP Servers → il server su cui si trova questo connettore e copia il suo URL (
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Usalo ovunque questa guida mostraYOUR_SERVER_ID.
ChatGPT si collega ai server MCP come app personalizzate in modalità sviluppatore (Developer mode), disponibile nei piani a pagamento, non in quello gratuito. Nei workspace Business ed Enterprise potrebbe doverla abilitare prima un amministratore.
- In ChatGPT apri Settings → Security and login e attiva Developer mode.
- Vai su chatgpt.com/plugins e clicca +.
- Inserisci un nome e una breve descrizione, ad esempio Name:
ABOSS. - In Connection inserisci l'URL del server MCP
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_IDe crea la connessione. - Quando ChatGPT lo chiede, accedi ad AnythingMCP (OAuth) e consenti l'accesso.
