Come collegare Airtable a Cursor — via MCP

Prerequisiti

Le istruzioni di setup complete sono incluse nel connettore stesso (visibili nello store quando lo selezioni). Le variabili d'ambiente richieste sono:

Step 1 — Ottieni le credenziali

Setup:

1. Create a Personal Access Token at https://airtable.com/create/tokens.
2. Grant only the data.records:read and schema.bases:read scopes.
3. Restrict the token's access to only the bases this connector must read.
4. Set AIRTABLE_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN.

Authentication: Authorization: Bearer ${AIRTABLE_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN}. Use a scoped Personal Access Token, not a legacy API key.

Discovery order: call airtable_list_bases, then airtable_list_tables with a base ID to find table IDs, names, fields, and views. Use a table ID when possible because names can change.

Step 2 — Installa l'adapter

Step 3 — Aggiungi il connettore in Cursor

Cursor legge i server MCP da ~/.cursor/mcp.json. Aggiungi questa voce:

1. Ottieni la tua MCP API key da AnythingMCP → Profilo → MCP API Keys → Nuova Key.
2. Salva il file e riavvia Cursor.
3. Apri Cursor → Impostazioni → MCP per verificare che Airtable sia presente e "Connected".
4. Inizia a chattare — tutti gli strumenti di Airtable sono ora invocabili.
