UK Companies House + Gemini

Cerca e ispeziona il registro ufficiale delle imprese del Regno Unito: profili aziendali, amministratori e segretari, storico dei filing. API pubblica gratuita con un limite di 600 richieste / 5 minuti. L'equivalente britannico del Handelsregister tedesco.

Prerequisiti

Le istruzioni di setup complete sono incluse nel connettore stesso (visibili nello store quando lo selezioni). Le variabili d'ambiente richieste sono:

Step 1 — Ottieni le credenziali

Getting an API key: register a free account at https://developer.company-information.service.gov.uk → 'Manage applications' → 'Create an application' (pick Live or Test) → 'Create new key' → REST. Copy the generated key into COMPANIES_HOUSE_API_KEY. The key is a 36-character ID with dashes (like 1a2b3c4d-5e6f-...), shown under the application's Keys list — not the application name, and not the account password.

Authentication quirk: Companies House uses HTTP Basic Auth where the API key is the username and the password is empty (the canonical curl shape is -u API_KEY:). This adapter mirrors that — leave the password configuration empty.

Step 2 — Installa l'adapter

Step 3 — Aggiungi il connettore in Gemini

L'URL del tuo server: in AnythingMCP apri MCP Servers → il server su cui si trova questo connettore e copia il suo URL (https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Usalo ovunque questa guida mostra YOUR_SERVER_ID.

Gemini CLI legge i server MCP da ~/.gemini/settings.json (o %APPDATA%\gemini\settings.json su Windows). Aggiungi:

1. Ottieni la tua MCP API key da AnythingMCP → MCP Servers → il tuo server → API keys.
2. Salva il file e riavvia gemini.
3. Esegui /mcp nella Gemini CLI — UK Companies House dovrebbe essere elencato come disponibile.
4. Vertex AI Studio: passa https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID nell'array tools della richiesta con lo stesso header Bearer.
