DPD Germany Tracking + Gemini

Track DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution) shipments in Germany using the public Parcel Life Cycle REST API. Retrieves full event history, current status, sender/recipient, scan-point locations, and predicted delivery time for any DPD parcel.

Prerequisiti

Step 1 — Ottieni le credenziali

Parcel number format: 14-digit numeric string (e.g. '01234567890123'). DPD also supports partial matches — the API will return the best match.

Supported languages: de_DE (German), en_DE (English), fr_FR, it_IT, es_ES, pl_PL, cs_CZ, nl_NL. Pass without country code (e.g. 'en') and the API maps to country defaults.

Events returned: each event has a timestamp, scan-point (depot/city), status code, and localized description — cover the full parcel journey from pickup through sorting to delivery.

Step 2 — Installa l'adapter

Step 3 — Aggiungi il connettore in Gemini

Gemini CLI legge i server MCP da ~/.gemini/settings.json (o %APPDATA%\gemini\settings.json su Windows). Aggiungi:

1. Ottieni la tua MCP API key da AnythingMCP → Profilo → MCP API Keys → Nuova Key.
2. Salva il file e riavvia gemini.
3. Esegui /mcp nella Gemini CLI — DPD Germany Tracking dovrebbe essere elencato come disponibile.
4. Vertex AI Studio: passa https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp nell'array tools della richiesta con lo stesso header Bearer.
