Prerequisiti

Step 1 — Ottieni le credenziali

Getting a key

  1. In EspoCRM go to Administration → API Users and create an API user. Choose API Key authentication (not HMAC — this adapter sends the plain key).
  2. Assign a role that grants read access to the entities the agent should see. EspoCRM enforces roles per entity and per field, so a restricted role produces fewer rows and fewer columns rather than an error.
  3. Copy the generated key into ESPOCRM_API_KEY and set ESPOCRM_URL to your instance root (no trailing slash, no /api/v1).

The header is X-Api-Key.

Step 2 — Installa l'adapter

Step 3 — Aggiungi il connettore in ChatGPT

ChatGPT supporta server MCP tramite la funzione Connectors (piani Plus / Pro / Team / Enterprise). Il piano gratuito non supporta connettori personalizzati.

  1. Apri ChatGPT → Impostazioni → Connectors (o clicca l'icona 🔧 nel composer → Manage connectors).
  2. Clicca "Add custom connector".
  3. Compila:
    • Name: EspoCRM
    • MCP server URL: https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp
    • Authentication: Bearer token → incolla la tua MCP API key (da AnythingMCP → Profile → MCP API Keys → New Key)
  4. Clicca Connect per autorizzare.
