Superchat + Meta Muse
Inbox condivisa Superchat per WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS, Telegram, live chat ed e-mail: conversazioni e relativi messaggi, contatti, template, file, etichette e utenti, più l'invio di messaggi e di template WhatsApp.
Prerequisiti
Le istruzioni di setup complete sono incluse nel connettore stesso (visibili nello store quando lo selezioni). Le variabili d'ambiente richieste sono:
SUPERCHAT_API_KEY
Step 1 — Ottieni le credenziali
- In Superchat apri Settings → Integrations → API (https://app.superchat.de/settings/integrations). Solo gli amministratori del workspace vedono la key.
- Inserisci la key in
SUPERCHAT_API_KEY; viene inviata nell'headerX-API-KEY. La key ha pieno accesso in lettura e scrittura al workspace, quindi ogni utente di questo server può leggere tutte le conversazioni. - Chiama
superchat_get_meper verificare la key. Per leggere la conversazione di un cliente:superchat_search_contacts(e-mail, numero di telefono in formato E.164 o username Instagram), poisuperchat_list_contact_conversations, poisuperchat_list_conversation_messages.
I tool di invio (superchat_send_message, superchat_send_template, superchat_send_email) raggiungono i clienti, non si possono annullare e vengono installati disattivati. Valgono le regole di Meta: su WhatsApp il testo libero arriva solo entro 24 ore dall'ultimo messaggio del contatto, altrimenti invia un template approvato con superchat_send_template (fatturato da Meta); su Instagram e Facebook puoi solo rispondere, entro 7 giorni. Un workspace può fare 2500 richieste ogni 5 minuti su tutte le sue key; oltre, Superchat risponde 429.

Step 3 — Aggiungi il connettore in Muse
L'URL del tuo server: in AnythingMCP apri MCP Servers → il server su cui si trova questo connettore e copia il suo URL (
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Usalo ovunque questa guida mostraYOUR_SERVER_ID.
Muse aggiunge i server MCP remoti come connettori personalizzati e vi accede con OAuth.
- In Muse apri Settings → Connectors e scegli Add custom connector.
- Incolla l'URL del server MCP
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID. - Muse apre la pagina di accesso di AnythingMCP: accedi e approva l'accesso.
- In una chat, chiedi a Muse qualcosa che richiede i tool di
Superchat.

Usi il self-hosting? Usa l'indirizzo HTTPS pubblico della tua istanza al posto di https://cloud.anythingmcp.com. Muse si collega dal cloud di Meta, quindi localhost non funziona.
