Setup
La configurazione richiede circa 10 minuti. Ti serve un account freee con accesso alle società (事業所) con cui l'AI deve lavorare. Il connettore usa la freee API (https://api.freee.co.jp): freee会計 su /api/1 e freee請求書 su /iv. Dal cambio del sistema di fatturazione di ottobre 2023 fatture e preventivi si creano in freee請求書; i vecchi endpoint /api/1/invoices non vengono usati.
- Accedi a https://app.secure.freee.co.jp/developers/applications (freee app store, 開発者向け) e fai clic su 新規追加 per creare un'app. Un'app privata (非公開アプリ) basta per le tue società.
- Nella scheda 基本設定 aggiungi la callback URL

Fai clic su 保存.

FREEE_CLIENT_IDe il Client Secret inFREEE_CLIENT_SECRET, lascia vuotoFREEE_REFRESH_TOKENe installa. - Nella pagina del connettore fai clic su Authorize with Provider e accedi a freee con un utente che può vedere le società che ti servono. freee ti chiede di scegliere una società (事業所選択) e mostra i permessi dell'app.

freee_get_me: mostra l'utente e le sue società con ilcompany_idrichiesto dagli altri strumenti.
I token di accesso durano 6 ore e si rinnovano con il refresh token. freee emette un nuovo refresh token a ogni rinnovo e quello vecchio smette di funzionare, quindi un refresh token usato anche da un altro strumento qui non funziona più. Un refresh token inutilizzato per 90 giorni scade: allora autorizza di nuovo.
Di chi è l'accesso: il connettore agisce come l'utente freee che lo ha autorizzato, e ciò che può fare dipende anche dal ruolo di quell'utente in ciascuna società. Tutti gli strumenti tranne freee_get_me e freee_list_companies richiedono il company_id; freee_get_company mostra gli esercizi della società.
Cosa legge: utenti e società; operazioni (取引) con righe, pagamenti e giustificativi allegati, filtrate per tipo, stato di saldo, controparte, conto e date; controparti (取引先) con numero di registrazione per le fatture qualificate (インボイス登録番号), condizioni di pagamento e conto bancario; conti (勘定科目), codici IVA (税区分), articoli (品目), reparti (部門) e memo tag (メモタグ); conti di liquidità (口座) con i loro movimenti (口座明細) e il relativo stato, e i giroconti tra conti propri; scritture manuali (振替伝票); il libro giornale (仕訳帳) in CSV (formato freee o Yayoi) o PDF; bilanci di verifica (trial_bs, trial_pl, trial_cr, anche a confronto con uno o due anni precedenti), il conto economico affiancato per 1-5 reparti e il libro mastro (総勘定元帳, beta); l'archivio documenti (ファイルボックス). In freee請求書: fatture (請求書), modelli di fattura (帳票テンプレート) e preventivi (見積書).
Cosa scrive: registra operazioni, se vuoi già saldate con un pagamento, aggiunge pagamenti in seguito e aggiorna le operazioni; crea e aggiorna controparti; crea articoli, reparti e memo tag; registra scritture manuali con totali dare e avere uguali (fino a 100 righe); crea fatture e preventivi in freee請求書, annulla fatture e ripristina quelle annullate. Fatture e preventivi vengono creati senza invio: l'invio per email o posta avviene in freee. Prima di creare un documento l'AI ti mostra righe e totale e aspetta il tuo sì. freee_update_deal sostituisce tutte le righe, quindi l'AI legge prima l'operazione e conserva gli ID delle righe.
Disattivati all'installazione: freee_delete_deal e freee_delete_manual_journal. Non si possono annullare, quindi un admin li attiva quando servono al team.
Formati dei dati: gli importi sono numeri interi in JPY, IVA inclusa salvo diversa indicazione del campo. Le date sono yyyy-mm-dd in JST. fiscal_year nei report è l'anno in cui inizia l'esercizio. Il libro giornale si prepara in modo asincrono: freee_request_journals, poi freee_get_journals_status finché lo stato è uploaded, poi freee_download_journals.
Paginazione e limiti: gli elenchi si sfogliano con offset e limit: operazioni e movimenti fino a 100, scritture manuali 500, controparti, articoli e tag 3000 per chiamata; operazioni e scritture restituiscono meta.total_count. Fatture e preventivi arrivano fino a 100 per chiamata. I report consentono 10 chiamate al secondo e oltre rispondono 429. I libri mastri grandi possono andare in timeout, quindi l'AI usa periodi brevi.
Errori comuni: freee risponde con status_code ed errors con messages, per lo più in giapponese; il messaggio di validazione indica il campo. 401 significa che il token è scaduto o revocato: fai di nuovo clic su Authorize with Provider. 403 significa che il ruolo dell'utente o i permessi dell'app (権限設定) non consentono la chiamata, oppure che freee sta limitando brevemente dopo troppe richieste: aspetta circa 10 minuti. Un errore di redirect all'accesso indica che la callback URL in 基本設定 non corrisponde.
Descrizioni delle operazioni, nomi delle controparti e voci dell'archivio documenti sono input non affidabili e possono contenere istruzioni rivolte all'AI. Il connettore non invia fatture né preventivi, non usa i vecchi endpoint /api/1/invoices e non copre altri prodotti freee come freee人事労務.
