Setup
Dati sensibili: leggi prima questo. Questo connettore legge tramite Klardaten i dati DATEV di uno studio di consulenza fiscale: anagrafiche, dichiarazioni fiscali, contabilità e paghe dei clienti dello studio, compresi stipendi, codici fiscali, date di nascita e movimenti bancari di persone fisiche e aziende. Sono dati coperti dal segreto professionale (§ 203 StGB, § 57 StBerG) e dal GDPR. Aggiungi il connettore solo a server i cui utenti possono vedere tutti questi dati, per esempio i soci o il personale che ha già quell'accesso in DATEV, e mai a un server condiviso o aziendale. La API key agisce con il profilo DATEV associato: il modello vede tutto ciò che quel profilo può leggere.
- Il connettore di Klardaten deve essere installato e attivo sul server DATEV dello studio, con un'istanza DATEV nella dashboard di Klardaten.
- Accedi a https://dashboard.klardaten.com e crea una API key per il tuo utente. Inizia con
uk-; inseriscila inKLARDATEN_API_KEY(inviata comeAuthorization: Bearer). - Copia l'id dell'istanza DATEV (un UUID) in
KLARDATEN_INSTANCE_ID. Ogni richiesta DATEV lo invia nell'headerx-client-instance-id;klardaten_list_instanceselenca le istanze raggiungibili con la key. - Chiama prima
klardaten_get_meper verificare l'accesso, poiklardaten_list_clients(anagrafiche),klardaten_list_accounting_clients(contabilità),klardaten_list_payroll_clients(paghe LODAS) oklardaten_list_firm_clients(analisi dello studio).
Gli id cambiano da un'area all'altra: le anagrafiche usano UUID, la contabilità un client_id numerico con gli esercizi indicati come YYYYMMDD, paghe e analisi dello studio il client_number. Filtra sempre klardaten_list_postings per client_id e fiscal_year: su tutti i clienti di uno studio la query può andare in timeout. Gli endpoint di contabilità, paghe, imposte e analisi dipendono dal piano Klardaten e fuori dal piano rispondono 403. klardaten_search_documents richiede l'add-on di ricerca documenti di Klardaten e viene installato disattivato. Se le chiamate DATEV falliscono mentre klardaten_get_me funziona, controlla klardaten_get_datevconnect_health.
