Setup
Un solo token vale per tutti i tool; ogni tool chiama da sé l'host giusto della WB API (marketplace, statistiche, analytics, finanza, contenuti, prezzi).
- Nel portale venditori apri Settings → API integrations (Настройки → Доступ к API) e clicca Create token.
- Scegli il tipo Base token. Secondo Wildberries i token Personal non vanno usati nei servizi cloud. Un Base token ha limiti più bassi su statistiche, finanza, schede prodotto e prezzi (vedi sotto).
- Spunta le categorie che ti servono: Marketplace (ordini FBS, magazzini, stock), Statistics, Analytics (stock nei magazzini WB), Finance (report vendite), Content (schede prodotto), Prices and Discounts. Scegli Read only, a meno che l'AI non debba aggiornare stock o prezzi.
- Copia il token, mostrato una sola volta, in
WILDBERRIES_API_TOKENsenzaBearer. Vale 180 giorni; creane uno nuovo prima che scada. - Chiama
wildberries_pingper verificare il token, poiwildberries_list_new_ordersper gli ordini FBS da preparare.
Un 401 significa che il token è errato o scaduto; un 403 che gli manca la categoria per quella parte dell'API.
I limiti sono rigidi. Marketplace: 300 richieste al minuto, e ogni risposta 4xx conta come 10. Statistiche su ordini e vendite: una chiamata al minuto, e solo una ogni 3 ore con un Base token, quindi chiamale una volta con date_from e lavora sul risultato. Dettaglio del report vendite: 2 al giorno con un Base token. Prezzi: 4 all'ora con un Base token. Su un 429 attendi i secondi indicati in X-Ratelimit-Retry.
Stock nei magazzini WB: wildberries_get_wb_warehouse_stocks risponde 403 a un Base token. Usa invece il flusso del report: wildberries_create_stock_report, poi wildberries_get_stock_report_status, poi wildberries_download_stock_report.
Scritture: wildberries_update_stocks sovrascrive la quantità in stock (non la somma) e wildberries_set_prices cambia i prezzi live. Rileggi lo stock dopo un aggiornamento: nomi di campo sbagliati restituiscono comunque 204 senza cambiare nulla.
