Configurare clockodo

Getting credentials — clockodo needs two values.
- Sign in and open Mein Bereich → Mein Benutzerkonto; the API-Schlüssel is at the bottom of the page. Put it in
CLOCKODO_API_KEY. - Put the e-mail address of that same account in
CLOCKODO_API_USER. clockodo sends it in theX-ClockodoApiUserheader and rejects a key without it. - clockodo also asks every API client to identify itself in a
X-Clockodo-External-Applicationheader; this adapter sendsAnythingMCP;[email protected]automatically.
Permissions follow the user. The key inherits the clockodo role of the account it belongs to. A regular employee only sees their own entries; to read the whole company's time the key must belong to a user with the Verwaltung or Inhaber role.
API version: time entries moved to /v2/entries with a different response envelope ({entries, paging}) from the v1 shape. Customers, projects, services and users are still served from the unversioned root — the paths below reflect that split.
Time ranges are mandatory and ISO 8601 with a zone, e.g. 2026-09-01T00:00:00Z. clockodo rejects a bare date. Ranges are limited server-side; a full year of a large team may need paging via page.
Billability: billable is 0 (not billable), 1 (billable) or 2 (already billed). 'Unbilled work' means billable=1, not 'billable is true'.
Cloud reachability: my.clockodo.com is public with a valid certificate.
