Rivile GAMA

This connector uses the Rivile API v2 (REST web services) of Rivile GAMA, the Lithuanian ERP and accounting system: clients, products and stock, purchase and sales documents, debts, payments, the general ledger and the chart of accounts. Every call goes to one address, POST https://api.manorivile.lt/client/v2, with a method name such as GET_N08_LIST and its parameters.

Setup

1. Rivile API v2 needs an API access agreement with Rivile, Rivile GAMA version 119 or later and the Manorivile-Gateway application installed on a computer or server that reaches your GAMA database (your Rivile partner installs it). The gateway must be running for any call to work: a 502 means it is stopped or cannot reach the database.
2. Rivile issues the API key with the service. Paste it into RIVILE_API_KEY; the connector sends it in the ApiKey header. The part before the dot is the GAMA user the API works as, so the key sees what that user sees.

Table codes: Rivile names tables with a letter and two digits, and fields with the table code plus a suffix: N08_KODAS_KS is the client code in table N08. The suffix tells which list a code points to: _PS products and services, _US units, _IS divisions, _KS clients, _GS groups, _SS ledger accounts, _OS objects. The tools here: N08 clients, N17 products and services, I17 stock balances, I33 prices, I06 purchase and sales documents (lines I07), I09 internal operations, I31 debit and credit operations, I44 detailed debts, T03 debt totals, I53 payment operations, I04 receipts and payments register, I02 ledger operations, N01 chart of accounts, N07 divisions, N06 objects, N25 purchase and sales codes, N63 VAT classifiers, N45 currencies, N51 contracts, B00 import and export operations. rivile_call_read_method reaches every other GET_ method.

Filters (fil): a T-SQL WHERE condition on the method's table, without the word WHERE: n08_pav like '%ACME%', i06_dok_data between '2026-01-01' and '2026-01-31' and i06_kodas_ks='121411842'. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD, decimals use a dot, and codes are upper case, compared without trailing spaces. A wrong field name returns a 400 with the database's message.

Paging: every list returns at most 100 records. Without a filter or page you get the first page, which for documents holds the newest. Rivile recommends filtering on the key of the last record you got rather than paging deep. Rivile bills the API by the number of requests, so prefer one well filtered call over many pages, and keep to 10 requests a second (429 means wait at least a second).

Writing: the edit tools (clients, products, documents) are installed switched off. Each call changes one record; oper is I to create, U to update and D to delete. Turn a tool on only when the assistant should change Rivile, and confirm each change with the user. The connector has no payment, POS, gift card or payroll write tools.

Errors: 401 means the API key is wrong or expired; a 400 saying the key "neturi leidimo vykdyti metodą" means the key is not allowed to run that method, which Rivile enables per key in your API agreement; 502 the Manorivile-Gateway is not running or cannot reach the database; 504 the database answered too slowly (narrow the filter); 400 lists the faulty field and Rivile's message.
