Claap
Read a Claap workspace: meeting and call recordings with participants, AI notes and full transcripts, folders, views and AI fields, plus the deals, companies and contacts Claap links to those meetings, and the workspace's users and teams.
Setup
The connector reads a Claap workspace through the REST API and changes nothing.
- A workspace admin opens Claap → Settings → API & Webhooks and creates an API key. Choose Full access if private recordings must be readable.
- Paste the key, which starts with
cla_, intoCLAAP_API_KEY. It acts for the whole workspace, not as one user. - Call
claap_get_workspaceto check the key. - For meetings,
claap_list_recordings(filter bycreated_after,recorder_email,sourcesorview_id), thenclaap_get_recordingandclaap_get_recording_transcript(formattextis the easiest to summarise). For sales,claap_list_dealsorclaap_list_companies, then the get tools.
A recording is returned only if it, or its folder, is accessible to workspace members and visible in global search; private recordings need a key with Full access. If a recording that a user can open in Claap is missing, this is the reason. Deal stages and owners come from a connected HubSpot CRM and answer 400 without one. Claap allows 3 calls per second per endpoint and 3,000 calls per day for the whole workspace, shared by all keys, so prefer filtered lists.
Prerequisites: CLAAP_API_KEY
Install the connector locally
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/HelpCode-ai/anythingmcp/main/docker-compose.quickstart.yml -o docker-compose.yml
printf 'JWT_SECRET=%s\nENCRYPTION_KEY=%s\n' "$(openssl rand -hex 32)" "$(openssl rand -hex 32)" > .env
docker compose up -d
Open http://localhost:3000/connectors/store, pick Claap and paste in the env vars listed under Prerequisites.
