Prerequisites
See the full setup instructions baked into the connector (visible in the in-app store when you select the connector). The required environment variables for this connector are:

Step 1 — Get credentials
- In amoCRM, open амоМаркет (amoMarket) in the left menu, click ⋯ at the top right (next to + WEB HOOKS) and choose Создать интеграцию (Create integration), then Внешняя интеграция (external integration). You need to be an account administrator.
- Enter a Ссылка для перенаправления (redirect URL): the form requires one, but the long-lived token never uses it, so any https address of yours will do. Tick the accesses under Предоставить доступ, give the integration a name and a description, and click Сохранить (Save).
- Open the integration's Ключи и доступы (Keys and scopes) tab and click Сгенерировать токен (Generate token). Pick an expiry date between 1 day and 5 years and copy the token right away: amoCRM shows it only once.
- Paste the token into
AMOCRM_ACCESS_TOKENand your account's subdomain intoAMOCRM_SUBDOMAIN: forhttps://acme.amocrm.ru, enteracme. Then install the connector. - Start with
amocrm_get_account: it shows the account, its currency and its task types.
amoCRM or Kommo: they are the same product. Accounts at <subdomain>.amocrm.ru use this connector, and the old international addresses <subdomain>.amocrm.com forward there, so enter the same subdomain. Accounts at <subdomain>.kommo.com use the Kommo connector.
Whose token: the token acts as the administrator who created it. Revoke it on the integration's Выданные доступы tab with Отозвать доступ. When it expires, generate a new one and paste it in.
Confirm first: before the AI creates or changes a deal, creates a contact or a task, or adds a note, it shows you what it will write and waits for your yes. amoCRM does not check new contacts for duplicates, so the AI searches first.
Read-only setup: amoCRM tokens cannot be limited to reading, so switch off amocrm_create_lead, amocrm_update_lead, amocrm_create_contact, amocrm_create_task and amocrm_add_note. Nothing in this connector deletes data.
Pipelines, stages and fields: deals are called leads in the API. Every deal sits in a stage of a pipeline, and amocrm_list_pipelines lists them. In every pipeline, stage 142 is Closed-won (Успешно реализовано) and 143 is Closed-lost (Закрыто и не реализовано). Phone numbers, emails and any other extra data are custom fields, which amocrm_list_custom_fields lists with their ids and options. Responsible users come from amocrm_list_users.
Notes and the event log: amocrm_list_notes reads the timeline of one deal, contact or company. amocrm_list_notes_by_type reads notes across all records at once, for example every call logged this week. amocrm_list_events reads the account's event log: stage changes, new records, changes of fields and responsible users, calls, chat messages and completed tasks, with the old and the new value.
Limits: at most 7 requests per second per integration and 50 per account. Over it amoCRM answers 429, and repeated violations block the account's API access with 403 for every call. Ask the AI to filter or search instead of paging through all deals or events.
Common errors: 401 means the token is wrong, expired or revoked, or no account has this subdomain on amocrm.ru (a kommo.com account needs the Kommo connector). 402 means the subscription has ended: writes stop at once, reads 30 days later. 403 can mean that the token's user lacks rights or that API access was blocked after too many requests. 404 means a wrong id or subdomain. 400 lists the invalid fields, for example a stage that does not belong to the pipeline or a custom field value of the wrong type.
The connector does not delete anything and does not handle customers (покупатели), incoming (unsorted) leads, chats and messages, lists (catalogs), webhooks or Salesbot.

Step 3 — Add the connector in ChatGPT
Your server URL: in AnythingMCP, open MCP Servers → the server this connector is on, and copy its URL (
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Use it wherever this guide showsYOUR_SERVER_ID.
ChatGPT adds MCP servers as plugins on its Plugins page, on the web and on paid plans. Developer mode is no longer needed. In a Business workspace only admins and owners can add one; in Enterprise and Edu an admin can grant the Create plugins with MCPs permission.
- Go to chatgpt.com/plugins, click +, then Add custom MCP server.
- Enter a name, e.g. Name:
amoCRM. - Under Connection, enter the Server URL
