Prerequisites
See the full setup instructions baked into the connector (visible in the in-app store when you select the connector). The required environment variables for this connector are:

Step 1 — Get credentials

- Sign in to https://fillout.com → top-right avatar → Settings → Developer → API → Create API key.
- Set
FILLOUT_API_KEY.
Authentication: Authorization: Bearer ${FILLOUT_API_KEY}.
Form IDs: each form has a 32-character ID (visible in form URL). Use fillout_list_forms to discover.
Submission shape: each submission has questions[] array of {id, name, type, value}. Cross-reference with form questions for human-readable names.
Pagination: ?limit=N&offset=M. Submissions endpoint supports ?afterDate=ISO&beforeDate=ISO.
Out of scope here: form creation (UI), file uploads, webhook subscription management.
Step 2 — Install the adapter

Step 3 — Add the connector in Gemini
Gemini CLI reads MCP servers from ~/.gemini/settings.json (or %APPDATA%\gemini\settings.json on Windows). Add:
