Step 1 — Get credentials
- In KeyCRM, open Settings → General (Налаштування → Основні) and find the API key field.
- Click Generate API key (Згенерувати API ключ) if there is none yet and paste the key into
KEYCRM_API_KEY. Only the CRM owner can refresh the key, and refreshing it stops the old key at once in every integration. - Start with
keycrm_list_order_statusesandkeycrm_list_order_sourcesfor the ids the filters need, thenkeycrm_list_ordersandkeycrm_get_order. Find customers withkeycrm_list_buyers(by phone or e-mail) and stock withkeycrm_list_offersorkeycrm_list_stocks.
All times are UTC. A date range is written YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS, YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS, and several values for one filter are comma-separated (1,4). The pipeline tools answer 400 when pipelines (Воронки) are switched off in the CRM settings. keycrm_create_order creates a real order (and a new buyer if the contact is new), so confirm it first. KeyCRM allows 20 requests per minute per key: filter instead of paging through everything.

Step 3 — Add the connector in ChatGPT
Your server URL: in AnythingMCP, open MCP Servers → the server this connector is on, and copy its URL (
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Use it wherever this guide showsYOUR_SERVER_ID.
ChatGPT connects to MCP servers as custom apps in developer mode, available on paid plans (not on Free). On Business and Enterprise workspaces an admin may have to allow it first.
- In ChatGPT, open Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
- Go to chatgpt.com/plugins and click +.
- Enter a name and a short description, e.g. Name:
KeyCRM. - Under Connection, enter the MCP server URL
