Loja Integrada + Microsoft Copilot

Run a Loja Integrada store from your AI: search products, update stock and prices, create products, categories and brands, follow orders, change order statuses, add tracking codes and look up customers. Official API v1.

Prerequisites

See the full setup instructions baked into the connector (visible in the in-app store when you select the connector). The required environment variables for this connector are:

LOJA_INTEGRADA_API_KEY, LOJA_INTEGRADA_APP_KEY

Step 1 — Get credentials

Setting up takes about 5 minutes once you have both keys, but the application key takes 5 to 10 business days to arrive. You need a Loja Integrada store on a paid plan, access to its store panel, and an application key (chave de aplicação) that Loja Integrada issues for the integration.

  1. In the store panel open Configurações → Chave para API, click Cadastrar nova chave and copy the 20-character key into LOJA_INTEGRADA_API_KEY. Paste only the key, without chave_api. API keys are available on paid plans only (Loja Integrada help).
  2. Request the application key (chave de aplicação) from Loja Integrada with the integrator form described in this help article. In the form, list the IP addresses the API will be called from: on a self-hosted installation the address of your server, on AnythingMCP Cloud the fixed IPv4 address 104.248.242.235, from which Cloud makes every call. The connector's setup page shows the outbound addresses too. Loja Integrada answers within 5 to 10 business days.
  3. Put the application key, a UUID such as dc6049f0-1234-..., into LOJA_INTEGRADA_APP_KEY. Paste only the key, without aplicacao.
  4. Install the connector and run loja_integrada_list_order_statuses to check the connection.

The application key only works from its IP addresses: Loja Integrada refuses calls from any address not registered with the key. If the address changes (a new server, a move to or from Cloud), send the new list with the same form before you switch, so calls do not start failing.

Cloud and self-hosted work the same way: only the IP address you register with the application key differs.

Both keys go in one header: every call sends Authorization: chave_api <API key> aplicacao <application key>; AnythingMCP builds it from the two variables. The Personal Token login (Authorization: Basic ...) is not used by this connector.

Rate limit: Loja Integrada allows 100 requests per minute per store and answers 429 above that. Have lists read page by page instead of repeating calls; after a 429, wait a minute.

Ids and links: products, categories, brands and customers have numeric ids (202591789); orders are addressed by their number (numero, e.g. 164). Records point to each other with URIs such as /api/v1/categoria/15246059 (the resource_uri field), which go unchanged into a product's categorias, marca and pai. With id_externo set to 1, a product or price is looked up by your own external id.

Paging, prices and dates: lists return 20 items per page by default and at most 50, paged with limit and offset until meta.next is null; meta.total_count is the total. Prices are in BRL and come back as strings such as "32.83". Date filters take YYYY-MM-DD, optionally with a time.

Products, variations, stock and prices: a product with variations is a parent (tipo atributo) with one child per variation (tipo atributo_opcao, with pai set to the parent); loja_integrada_list_grids and loja_integrada_get_grid show the values of the variation grids, such as sizes and colours. Price and stock are separate records, set after the product is created. Stock is an absolute quantity, not a delta, and is set on each variation. An update replaces the whole product, so the AI reads it first and sends every field again: fields left out may be cleared.

Common errors: 401 means Loja Integrada refused the keys: check LOJA_INTEGRADA_API_KEY, LOJA_INTEGRADA_APP_KEY and that the application key is registered for the connector's IP address. 403 means the keys were read but access was denied: the call came from an address not registered with the application key. 429 is the rate limit.

What it reads: products with SKU, type (simple, parent with variations or variation), categories, brand, dimensions and weight, NCM and GTIN, images and variation grids; stock with reserved and available quantities; list, sale and cost prices; categories, brands and variation grids with their values; orders with customer, billing and delivery address, items, payments, shipments with tracking codes, status and totals, plus each order's status history and the store's order statuses and payment methods; customers with e-mail, CPF or CNPJ, phones and addresses.

Write tools are on at install: no tool is switched off. The connector creates products, categories and brands, edits products, sets stock and prices, moves orders to another status and adds tracking codes, all in your live store; a status change may e-mail the buyer, and a final status such as cancelled cannot be undone. Switch off the ones you do not need on the connector page; the AI asks you to confirm every change first.

Nothing is deleted: no tool deletes data or creates orders, and the connector does not manage product images, coupons, SEO, webhooks, invoices (NF), marketing or Enviali shipping labels.

Step 2 — Install the adapter

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/HelpCode-ai/anythingmcp/main/docker-compose.quickstart.yml -o docker-compose.yml
printf 'JWT_SECRET=%s\nENCRYPTION_KEY=%s\n' "$(openssl rand -hex 32)" "$(openssl rand -hex 32)" > .env
docker compose up -d

Step 3 — Add the connector in Microsoft Copilot

Your server URL: in AnythingMCP, open MCP Servers → the server this connector is on, and copy its URL (https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Use it wherever this guide shows YOUR_SERVER_ID.

Microsoft Copilot uses MCP servers through agents built in Copilot Studio: you add AnythingMCP to an agent as a tool, then publish the agent to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams. Copilot Studio connects from Microsoft's cloud over Streamable HTTP, which AnythingMCP supports.

  1. In Copilot Studio, open your agent (or create one), go to Tools and choose Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol.
  2. Enter a Server name (for example AnythingMCP), a Server description that says what the connector does, and the Server URL https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID. Copilot Studio uses the description to decide when to call the server.
  3. Under authentication, choose API key, set Type to Header and the header name to X-API-Key, then select Create.
  4. In Add tool, choose Create a new connection, paste an MCP API key from AnythingMCP (MCP Servers → your server → API keys) and select Add to agent.
  5. Try it in the agent's Test pane: ask for something that needs the Loja Integrada tools.
  6. Select Publish, then Channels → Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, keep Make agent available in Microsoft Copilot selected and choose Add channel. See agent in Teams installs it for you; in Microsoft 365 Copilot, type @ and pick the agent.

Prefer per-user sign-in? Choose OAuth 2.0 → Dynamic discovery instead of an API key: each user then signs in to AnythingMCP the first time the agent calls it.

Self-hosting? Use your instance's public HTTPS address instead of https://cloud.anythingmcp.com. Copilot Studio connects from Microsoft's cloud, so localhost does not work.

FAQ

Which Copilot is this for? Microsoft 365 Copilot at work, through agents built in Copilot Studio. The Microsoft Copilot app for personal accounts has no option to add your own MCP server.

What do I need? A work account with access to Copilot Studio (a license or a trial) to build the agent. People who use it in Microsoft 365 Copilot or Teams need access to the agent: share it with them, or ask an admin to publish it to the organization. If your organization applies data policies to Power Platform connectors, they cover MCP servers too.

The agent doesn't call the tools. Check that the header name is exactly X-API-Key and that the key belongs to the same MCP server as the URL, and make the server description specific: Copilot Studio uses it to decide when to call the server. Publish the agent again after each change; in an open chat, type "start over" to get the new version.
