Step 1 — Get credentials
- In the Prom.ua seller cabinet, open Settings → API token management (Налаштування → Управління API-токенами) and create a token.
- Give it access to the sections the assistant should use (orders, products, clients, messages) and paste it into
PROM_UA_API_TOKEN. A token only sees the company it was created for; a wrong or revoked token is answered with HTTP 401. - Start with
prom_ua_list_orders(filter by status or dates), thenprom_ua_get_orderfor the buyer, delivery and items.prom_ua_list_order_statusesshows this company's statuses, including custom ones.
prom_ua_set_order_status changes real orders and the buyer sees it, so the assistant shows the order ids and the new status and waits for your yes; cancelling needs a cancellation_reason. Dates are UTC (2026-10-01T12:00:00). Lists are newest first and page with limit plus last_id: for the next page, pass the lowest id you received as last_id.

Step 3 — Add the connector in Muse
Your server URL: in AnythingMCP, open MCP Servers → the server this connector is on, and copy its URL (
