See the full setup instructions baked into the connector (visible in the in-app store when you select the connector). The required environment variables for this connector are:

Step 1 — Get credentials

- Register at https://developer.surveymonkey.com → Add new app → Private app.
- Pick scopes: Surveys (Read), Responses (Read), Collectors (Read+Write), Contacts (Read+Write), Webhooks (Read+Write).
- Run the OAuth2 flow to obtain an access token. Set
SURVEYMONKEY_ACCESS_TOKEN. - SurveyMonkey tokens are LONG-LIVED — but can be revoked by user via app dashboard.
Authentication: Authorization: Bearer ${SURVEYMONKEY_ACCESS_TOKEN}.

- Survey: the question design.
- Collector: a distribution channel (weblink/email/popup/embed) attached to a survey.
- Response: a submission to a collector.
