Step 1 — Get credentials
- Sign in to the Trendyol seller panel (
partner.trendyol.com) with the master user (admin role). Only the master user sees the API key and secret. - Open your store name (top right) → Hesap Bilgilerim → Entegrasyon Bilgileri. Copy the Satıcı ID (a number) into
TRENDYOL_SELLER_ID, the API Key intoTRENDYOL_API_KEYand the API Secret Key intoTRENDYOL_API_SECRET. - Set
TRENDYOL_API_HOSTtohttps://apigw.trendyol.comfor your live store. The stage (test) hosthttps://stageapigw.trendyol.comneeds separate stage credentials and only answers IP addresses that Trendyol has whitelisted (others get 503), so it suits a self-hosted test installation, not your live store. - Only if you sell on an international Trendyol storefront, set
TRENDYOL_STOREFRONT_CODEto its two-letter country code. Leave it empty for Trendyol Turkey. - Install the connector and run
trendyol_list_stock_and_prices.
Orders use the v2 endpoint: trendyol_list_orders reads shipment packages through Trendyol's v2 order endpoint (/v2/orders), which Trendyol made mandatory on 15 October 2026, when the old order lists stop working. It reaches at most the last month, with a date window of at most 2 weeks (the last week when no dates are given) and only the first 10,000 packages of a filter, so the AI narrows the window or filters by status to see more.
Confirm first: price and stock updates, content changes, package status, tracking numbers, carrier changes, invoice links, approving returns, answering questions, archiving and creating products all act on your live store. The AI shows you what will change (barcodes with old and new values, the package and its lines, the answer text) and waits for your yes. Product writes are asynchronous: a success only means the request was queued, so the AI checks the outcome with trendyol_get_batch_request (results stay available for 4 hours).
Switched off at install: trendyol_delete_products (cannot be undone), trendyol_report_unsupplied (cancels order lines for the customer, cannot be undone) and trendyol_reject_claim_items (asks Trendyol to reject returned items).
Limits: at most 50 requests per 10 seconds on one endpoint, plus per-minute limits per service group that depend on your store's listing tier. One price and stock update takes up to 1,000 barcodes (at most 20,000 units per product, sale price not above list price), and Trendyol refuses the same request again within 15 minutes or more than 30 price updates a minute for one barcode. Finance lists need a transaction type and a window of at most 15 days.
Common errors: 401 with ClientApiAuthenticationException or basic.authorization.failed: wrong credentials (stage and production credentials differ). 403: check TRENDYOL_SELLER_ID, because Trendyol needs a User-Agent built from it. 429 too.many.requests: wait a moment and try again.
The connector does not use the old api.trendyol.com/sapigw host, the old order lists or the old product filter.
