Prerequisites
See the full setup instructions baked into the connector (visible in the in-app store when you select the connector). The required environment variables for this connector are:

Step 1 — Get credentials
One token covers every tool; each tool calls the right WB API host (marketplace, statistics, analytics, finance, content, prices) by itself.
- In the seller portal, open Settings → API integrations (Настройки → Доступ к API) and click Create token.
- Choose the Base token type. Wildberries says Personal tokens must not be used in cloud services. A Base token has lower limits on statistics, finance, product cards and prices (see below).
- Tick the categories you need: Marketplace (FBS orders, warehouses, stock), Statistics, Analytics (stock on WB warehouses), Finance (sales report), Content (product cards), Prices and Discounts. Choose Read only unless the AI should update stock or prices.
- Copy the token, which is shown once, into
WILDBERRIES_API_TOKENwithoutBearer. It is valid for 180 days; create a new one before it expires. - Call
wildberries_pingto check the token, thenwildberries_list_new_ordersfor the FBS orders waiting to be packed.
A 401 means the token is wrong or expired; a 403 means it lacks the category for that part of the API.
Rate limits are strict. Marketplace: 300 requests a minute, and every 4xx answer counts as 10. Statistics on orders and sales: one call a minute, and only one every 3 hours with a Base token, so call them once with a date_from and work from the result. Sales report detail: 2 a day with a Base token. Prices: 4 an hour with a Base token. On a 429, wait the seconds given in X-Ratelimit-Retry.
Stock on WB warehouses: wildberries_get_wb_warehouse_stocks answers 403 to a Base token. Use the report flow instead: wildberries_create_stock_report, then wildberries_get_stock_report_status, then wildberries_download_stock_report.
Writes: wildberries_update_stocks overwrites the stock amount (it does not add) and wildberries_set_prices changes live prices. Read the stock back after an update: wrong field names still return 204 without changing anything.

Your server URL: in AnythingMCP, open MCP Servers → the server this connector is on, and copy its URL (
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…). Use it wherever this guide showsYOUR_SERVER_ID.
ChatGPT connects to MCP servers as custom apps in developer mode, available on paid plans (not on Free). On Business and Enterprise workspaces an admin may have to allow it first.
- In ChatGPT, open Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
- Go to chatgpt.com/plugins and click +.
- Enter a name and a short description, e.g. Name:
Wildberries. - Under Connection, enter the MCP server URL
