Setup
Partner onboarding required. Zalando's merchant APIs are not open: you need an active Zalando Partner Programme contract and credentials issued through Zalando zDirect. There is no self-service signup. Zalando runs a sandbox at https://api-sandbox.merchants.zalando.com, but it too is only reachable with zDirect credentials.

- In the zDirect Portal open Applications, create or pick an app and copy its client id and client secret (under Credentials). Give the app the
orders/readscope.
