Fudo

Fudo is a point-of-sale and management system for restaurants, bars and cafes, used mainly in Argentina and the rest of Latin America and in Spain. This connector reads the Fudo API v1alpha1 (https://api.fu.do/v1alpha1), a JSON:API: every answer has data with id, type and attributes, plus included when relations are embedded.

Setup

1. Fudo issues API credentials on request: write to [email protected] with the name of your Fudo account and the user that should get API access. Fudo recommends a dedicated user such as api@mirestaurante; the API can do what that user's role allows.
2. Put the apiKey into FUDO_API_KEY and the apiSecret into FUDO_API_SECRET.
3. The connector exchanges them at POST https://auth.fu.do/api for a token valid 24 hours and sends it as Authorization: Bearer. It renews the token before it expires. The key and secret are never sent to api.fu.do directly; sending them as headers there returns 401.

Start here

• fudo_list_payment_methods checks the credentials and gives the method ids.
• Sales of a day: fudo_list_sales with created_at = and(gte.2026-10-06T00:00:00Z,lte.2026-10-06T23:59:59Z), sale_state = in.(CLOSED) and include = payments.paymentMethod or items.product.
• Occupied tables: fudo_list_tables with include=activeSales.
• Menu: fudo_list_product_categories with include=products, or fudo_list_products.

Filters

Filter parameters take Fudo's operator expressions as documented: eq., neq., gte., lte., in.(a,b), ilike.%text%, is.null, isdistinct.null, and and(gte.x,lte.y) for ranges. Times are ISO 8601 with Z (UTC), dates are YYYY-MM-DD. Some parameters (active, ids, table_id, user_id, provider_id, search, name) take the plain value and the connector adds the operator. Fudo validates each expression against a per-column pattern and answers 400 or 422 when the form is not accepted; the parameter descriptions give the accepted forms.

Pagination

page_size (default 250, max 500) and page_number (from 1). There is no total count: keep requesting pages until a page has fewer items than page_size.

Include

Most tools take include, a comma-separated list of relations to embed (for example items.product,payments.paymentMethod on a sale). Embedded records arrive in included, linked from relationships.

Writes

Creating and updating customers, expenses and products is included but installed switched off; turn them on deliberately. Write bodies use JSON:API (data.type, data.attributes, data.relationships). Rate limiting answers 429.
