Scopevisio Cloud ERP

Scopevisio is a German cloud ERP. This adapter reads contacts, outgoing and incoming invoices, projects and tasks through the Scopevisio OpenScope REST API. It never writes.

Getting credentials

1. Use an active Scopevisio user with the rights for the data the agent should read: the profiles Kontakte (Anzeigen), Rechnungen (Anzeigen), Rechnungseingangsbuch (Anzeigen), Projekte (Anzeigen) and Aufgabe (Anzeigen). Scopevisio recommends a dedicated technical user (a functional address such as [email protected]) added to the company like any other user.
2. SCOPEVISIO_CUSTOMER is your 7-digit Scopevisio customer number, SCOPEVISIO_USERNAME and SCOPEVISIO_PASSWORD the user's login, SCOPEVISIO_ORGANISATION the exact name of the company (organisation) to read.
3. The connector cannot answer a one-time password: use a user without two-factor sign-in.

The connector signs in at POST /rest/token and renews the short-lived access token by itself. Issued tokens are listed, and can be revoked, in the customer lounge under My REST API clients.

Where to start: scopevisio_get_account checks the sign-in. Then search with the list tools and open one record with the get tools.

Searching: search is a list of criteria {field, value, operator} combined with AND; comma-separated values in one criterion are OR. Example: [{"field":"lastname","value":"Muster","operator":"icontains"}]. fields limits the columns, order sorts (["lastname=asc"]). Field names are Scopevisio's own: run one call without fields to learn them. Custom fields are named like customText7. A 403 means the user lacks the profile named in the tool description.

Pagination and rate limits: page starts at 0; pageSize defaults to 100, maximum 1000. Ask for the next page until fewer rows than pageSize come back. Scopevisio publishes no rate limit; on a 429, wait before retrying.

Cloud reachability: appload.scopevisio.com is a public HTTPS endpoint, reachable from AnythingMCP Cloud and from self-hosted instances alike.
