Шаг 1 — Получите учётные данные
Только X-Series: этот коннектор использует Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) API, ранее Vend, версии 2026-10, одного магазина по адресу https://<domain_prefix>.retail.lightspeed.app/api/2026-10. Lightspeed Retail R-Series и Lightspeed Restaurant он не охватывает: у них другие API.
Настройка занимает около 2 минут. Для personal tokens нужен тариф Plus или выше и пользователь-администратор.
- Как администратор откройте бэк-офис Retail POS, Setup, Personal tokens, и нажмите Add personal token. Дайте ему имя (и при желании срок действия), сгенерируйте и скопируйте токен.
- Вставьте его в
LIGHTSPEED_PERSONAL_TOKEN. Он передаётся какAuthorization: Bearer <token>и действует от имени создавшего его пользователя. - Укажите в
LIGHTSPEED_DOMAIN_PREFIXпервую часть адреса магазина: дляhttps://mystore.retail.lightspeed.appэтоmystore. - Установите коннектор и запустите

Настройки магазина: lightspeed_retail_get_retailer, lightspeed_retail_get_current_user, торговые точки (outlets) через lightspeed_retail_list_outlets и lightspeed_retail_get_outlet, кассы через lightspeed_retail_list_registers и lightspeed_retail_get_register, lightspeed_retail_get_register_payments_summary (ожидаемые суммы по способам оплаты и движение наличных открытой смены, как при закрытии кассы), способы оплаты, налоги, пользователи (персонал) и смены.
Продажи: для периода, торговой точки, кассы, клиента или номера чека ИИ использует lightspeed_retail_search с type: sales и date_from/date_to; простой список игнорирует даты. lightspeed_retail_list_sales проходит по всем продажам по версии (для синхронизации), а lightspeed_retail_get_sale читает одну продажу с позициями, платежами, клиентом, пользователем и кассой.
Каталог: lightspeed_retail_list_products (или sku для одного товара), lightspeed_retail_get_product, lightspeed_retail_get_product_family и lightspeed_retail_get_product_family_of_product. С версии 2026-10 семейство товаров хранит общие данные (название, бренд, категория, теги), а каждый товар данные своего варианта (коды, цены, поставщики). Справочники: категории, устаревшие типы товаров, бренды, теги, поставщики, прайс-листы (price books) и акции.
Остатки: lightspeed_retail_list_inventory_levels даёт количество, среднюю себестоимость, точку и объём дозаказа по товару и торговой точке, с фильтрами, сортировкой и to_be_procured_only для списков дозаказа; lightspeed_retail_get_product_inventory_levels показывает один товар во всех точках; lightspeed_retail_list_inventory_records и lightspeed_retail_list_stock_adjustments выводят исходные записи и корректировки. Заказы поставщикам, перемещения между точками, возвраты поставщикам и инвентаризации это consignments: lightspeed_retail_list_consignments, lightspeed_retail_get_consignment и lightspeed_retail_list_consignment_products (заказанное и полученное количество). Заказы на закупку читаются через lightspeed_retail_list_purchase_orders и lightspeed_retail_get_purchase_order.
Клиенты: ИИ находит клиента через lightspeed_retail_search (type: customers, по email, имени, коду или телефону), затем читает lightspeed_retail_get_customer (бонусы лояльности, баланс магазина и баланс в кредит, траты с начала года). Также lightspeed_retail_list_customers, lightspeed_retail_list_customer_groups, lightspeed_retail_get_customer_store_credit и подарочные карты через lightspeed_retail_list_gift_cards и lightspeed_retail_get_gift_card.
Что он записывает: lightspeed_retail_create_sale записывает продажу (state closed завершает её, parked или pending сохраняет на потом); lightspeed_retail_update_sale меняет или завершает отложенную или незавершённую продажу и заменяет её целиком, поэтому ИИ сначала её читает. Товары: lightspeed_retail_create_product_family, lightspeed_retail_add_products_to_family (новые варианты), lightspeed_retail_update_product_family для общих данных и lightspeed_retail_update_product для цен, кодов, поставщиков, налогов по точкам и настроек учёта остатков. Кроме того, lightspeed_retail_create_supplier, lightspeed_retail_create_stock_adjustments (quantity это изменение, отрицательное для списания, с причиной вроде повреждения, кражи или найденного товара), lightspeed_retail_create_consignment (создаётся в статусе OPEN; товары добавляются в Lightspeed или позже), lightspeed_retail_create_customer и lightspeed_retail_update_customer (first_name и last_name обязательны). Продажи и корректировки сразу меняют остатки и отчёты, поэтому ИИ показывает позиции и итоги и ждёт вашего «да».
Отключены при установке: lightspeed_retail_return_sale, lightspeed_retail_delete_product и lightspeed_retail_delete_customer. Их нельзя отменить, поэтому администратор workspace включает их, когда они нужны команде.
Форматы данных: ответы оборачивают записи в data. Id это UUID. Деньги это десятичное число в валюте магазина. У продажи есть totals (price без налога, tax, price_incl_tax); в каждой позиции pricing.price это цена за единицу без налога, pricing.total итог позиции после скидки, pricing.cost_total себестоимость, tax.amount и tax.total налог за единицу и за позицию. Налоговые ставки это доли (0.2 = 20 %). Время в UTC (ISO 8601): date_from/date_to принимают UTC, time_from/time_to местное время вместе с timezone. state продажи: closed, parked, pending (в кредит или с предоплатой) или voided.
Постраничный вывод: большинство списков листаются по версии: в ответе есть version с min и max, ИИ передаёт max как after для следующей страницы и останавливается, когда data пуст. lightspeed_retail_search и lightspeed_retail_list_inventory_levels листаются через offset, подарочные карты через before.
Лимиты и частые ошибки: около 300 запросов за 5 минут на кассу плюс 50; сверх этого Lightspeed отвечает 429 с Retry-After. 401 означает неверный или просроченный токен либо неверный префикс домена. 403 означает, что пользователю токена это не разрешено, ведь personal tokens действуют от имени своего пользователя: создайте токен под администратором. 404 на всех вызовах значит, что LIGHTSPEED_DOMAIN_PREFIX неверен (только часть перед .retail.lightspeed.app); на отдельной записи это неверный id. 422 это ошибка валидации с указанием поля.
С инструментами, включёнными при установке, коннектор не оформляет возвраты и ничего не удаляет. Заказы на закупку, прайс-листы, акции, баланс магазина и подарочные карты он только читает; новый заказ поставщику создаётся как consignment.

Microsoft Copilot использует MCP-серверы через агентов, созданных в Copilot Studio: ты добавляешь AnythingMCP в агента как инструмент, а затем публикуешь агента в Microsoft 365 Copilot и Teams. Copilot Studio подключается из облака Microsoft по Streamable HTTP, который AnythingMCP поддерживает.
- В Copilot Studio открой своего агента (или создай нового), перейди в Tools и выбери Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol.
- Укажи Server name (например,

FAQ
Для какого Copilot это руководство? Для Microsoft 365 Copilot на работе — через агентов Copilot Studio. В приложении Microsoft Copilot для личных аккаунтов добавить свой MCP-сервер нельзя.
Что нужно? Рабочий аккаунт с доступом к Copilot Studio (лицензия или пробная версия), чтобы создать агента. Тем, кто будет пользоваться им в Microsoft 365 Copilot или Teams, нужен доступ к агенту: поделись им или попроси администратора опубликовать его для организации. Если в организации действуют политики данных для коннекторов Power Platform, они распространяются и на MCP-серверы.
Агент не вызывает инструменты. Проверь, что имя заголовка — ровно X-API-Key, а ключ относится к тому же MCP-серверу, что и URL, и сделай Server description конкретным: по нему Copilot Studio решает, когда вызывать сервер. После каждого изменения опубликуй агента заново; в открытом чате введи «start over», чтобы перейти на новую версию.
