Superchat + Claude

Предварительные требования
Полные инструкции по настройке встроены в коннектор (видны в магазине при выборе коннектора). Требуемые переменные окружения:
SUPERCHAT_API_KEY
Шаг 1 — Получите учётные данные
- В Superchat откройте Settings → Integrations → API (https://app.superchat.de/settings/integrations). Ключ видят только администраторы рабочего пространства.
- Укажите ключ в
SUPERCHAT_API_KEY; он передаётся в заголовкеX-API-KEY. У ключа полный доступ на чтение и запись к рабочему пространству, поэтому любой пользователь этого сервера может читать все диалоги. - Вызовите
superchat_get_me, чтобы проверить ключ. Чтобы прочитать переписку клиента:superchat_search_contacts(e-mail, телефон в формате E.164 или имя пользователя Instagram), затемsuperchat_list_contact_conversations, затемsuperchat_list_conversation_messages.
Инструменты отправки (superchat_send_message, superchat_send_template, superchat_send_email) доходят до клиентов, не отменяются и устанавливаются выключенными. Действуют правила Meta: в WhatsApp свободный текст доставляется только в течение 24 часов после последнего сообщения контакта, иначе отправьте одобренный шаблон через superchat_send_template (его оплачивает Meta); в Instagram и Facebook можно только отвечать, в течение 7 дней. Рабочее пространство может отправлять 2500 запросов за 5 минут по всем своим ключам; сверх этого Superchat отвечает 429.
Шаг 2 — Установите адаптер

URL вашего сервера: в AnythingMCP откройте MCP Servers → сервер, на котором находится этот коннектор, и скопируйте его URL (

Рекомендуемый путь — работает в claude.ai web без редактирования конфигурационных файлов.
- Открой в Claude Customize → Connectors.
- Нажми +, затем Add custom connector.
- Введи название, например
Superchat, и URL удалённого MCP-сервераhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID, затем нажми Add. - Нажми Connect и войди в AnythingMCP (OAuth), чтобы разрешить доступ.
