Adobe Acrobat Sign

设置
设置大约需要 15 分钟。你需要一个 Acrobat Sign 账户（Business、Enterprise 或用于测试的免费开发者账户），以及一位创建 API 应用的账户管理员。
- 以账户管理员身份登录 Acrobat Sign，从浏览器地址中记下你的 分片（shard）：
https://secure.na1.adobesign.com/...表示na1；其他分片有na2、na3、na4、eu1、eu2、jp1、au1、in1和sg1。只把分片代码填入ADOBE_SIGN_SHARD。 - 打开 Account、Acrobat Sign API、API Applications，点击 +，输入名称和显示名称，并选择域 CUSTOMER。
- 选中新应用，点击 Configure OAuth for Application。把 Redirect URI 设为
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/api/mcp-oauth/callback（AnythingMCP Cloud），自行托管 AnythingMCP 时设为<your AnythingMCP URL>/api/mcp-oauth/callback。必须是 https 且完全一致。 - 在同一页面启用 scope
user_read、agreement_read、agreement_write、agreement_send、library_read、widget_read、workflow_read和webhook_read。个人连接器选择修饰符 self；账户管理员可以选择 account 以访问所有用户的协议（见下方 Scope）。保存。 - 在应用上点击 View/Edit，把 Application ID 复制到
ADOBE_SIGN_CLIENT_ID，把 Client Secret 复制到ADOBE_SIGN_CLIENT_SECRET。安装连接器。 - 在连接器页面点击 Authorize with Provider 并登录 Acrobat Sign。然后运行
adobe_acrobat_sign_get_base_uris：apiAccessPoint必须包含你的分片。如果显示的是其他分片，请更正ADOBE_SIGN_SHARD并重新授权。
Scope：连接器请求 user_read agreement_read agreement_write agreement_send library_read widget_read workflow_read webhook_read，即修饰符 :self：登录用户自己的协议、模板和 Web 表单。如果账户管理员希望 AI 看到整个账户，可以在连接器的 OAuth 设置中将其改为 agreement_read:account、user_read:account 等（应用中也必须启用相同的修饰符），然后重新授权。adobe_acrobat_sign_list_users 需要 user_read:account。
令牌：访问令牌有效期为一小时，会通过你所在分片的 /oauth/v2/refresh 自动续期。刷新令牌 60 天未使用就会过期；届时请再次点击 Authorize with Provider。
可读取的内容：协议，可按从新到旧列出，或按文本（名称、参与者邮箱和姓名、消息、外部 ID、字段内容）搜索，并按状态、角色、类型、创建或修改日期以及参与者邮箱筛选；单个协议，包括发送人、参与者组、抄送列表、消息、日期和源文档；协议的成员以及每个人所处的步骤；审计事件（创建、发送、查看、签署、委派、发送提醒、完成）；在表单字段中填写的值；当前需要操作的参与者的签署链接；协议的文档；合并为一个 PDF 的协议（临时链接或文件），以及 PDF 文件形式的审计记录报告；提醒；库文档（可复用模板）及其表单字段；Web 表单，包括公开 URL、设置、填写的数据以及由此产生的协议；用户、组和组成员；自定义发送工作流；Webhook。
可写入的内容：adobe_acrobat_sign_upload_transient_document 从 URL 获取文件（PDF、Word、Excel、图片）并上传，最大 10 MB；临时文档 7 天后过期。adobe_acrobat_sign_create_agreement 可以用临时文档、库模板或公开文件 URL 创建协议：state 为 IN_PROCESS 时立即发送，DRAFT 时保持未发送，AUTHORING 时发送人可以先在 Acrobat Sign 中放置字段。adobe_acrobat_sign_send_agreement 发送处于 DRAFT 或 AUTHORING 状态的协议，adobe_acrobat_sign_create_reminder 提醒尚未操作的参与者，可发送一次或按计划发送。这些工具在安装时即开启，而发送和提醒会给真实的人发邮件，因此 AI 会先向你展示文档、按顺序排列的收件人和消息，在你明确同意后才发送。
创建协议：file_infos 每个文档一项，可以是 transientDocumentId、libraryDocumentId，或带 url、name 和 mimeType 并由 Adobe 自行获取的 urlFileInfo。participant_sets 列出收件人，带 order（1、2、...）和 role（SIGNER、APPROVER、ACCEPTOR、FORM_FILLER、CERTIFIED_RECIPIENT）。如果文档中没有签名字段（文本标签或模板字段），Acrobat Sign 会在末尾添加一个签名栏。merge_field_info 按名称预填模板字段；字段名称可通过 adobe_acrobat_sign_list_library_document_form_fields 查看。
安装时关闭：adobe_acrobat_sign_cancel_agreement，因为被取消的协议无法再签署，且取消无法撤回。团队需要时由管理员开启。
数据格式：协议的 status 包括 OUT_FOR_SIGNATURE、OUT_FOR_APPROVAL、SIGNED、APPROVED、ACCEPTED、FORM_FILLED、DELIVERED、CANCELLED、EXPIRED、DRAFT、AUTHORING 等。成员的 status（如 WAITING_FOR_MY_SIGNATURE、NOT_YET_VISIBLE 或 COMPLETED）显示每位参与者所处的步骤。日期为 UTC 的 ISO 8601。表单数据以 CSV 文本返回；只有发送人可以读取，默认仅限已完成的协议。adobe_acrobat_sign_download_combined_document 和 adobe_acrobat_sign_download_audit_trail 的 PDF 以文件附件形式提供，最大 10 MB。签署链接在发送几秒后才可用。
分页：列表工具返回 page.nextCursor，AI 会把它作为 cursor 传入，直到它不再出现。adobe_acrobat_sign_search_agreements 用 start_index（取自 searchPageInfo.nextIndex）分页，每页最多 100 条，总计最多 10,000 条。
限制：Acrobat Sign 根据套餐按用户和账户限制 API 调用；429 响应会带有以秒为单位的 Retry-After。
常见错误：401 INVALID_ACCESS_TOKEN 表示授权已过期或被撤销：请重新授权。授权后立即出现 401 通常表示 ADOBE_SIGN_SHARD 填错了。403 PERMISSION_DENIED 或 INVALID_API_ACCESS_POINT 表示缺少某个 scope 或其修饰符（例如列出用户需要 user_read:account）、用户无权查看该协议，或调用发到了错误的分片。404 INVALID_AGREEMENT_ID（或其他 INVALID_..._ID）表示 ID 错误，或在 scope 为 :self 时访问了其他用户的协议。400 INVALID_ARGUMENTS、MISSING_REQUIRED_PARAM 或 INVALID_EMAIL 会指出缺失或错误的字段。签署链接返回 404 AGREEMENT_NOT_EXPOSED 表示协议仍在准备中：等几秒后再请求。
该连接器不创建也不修改库模板、Web 表单、工作流、Webhook、用户或组，并且不删除任何内容。
