Braze
让你的 AI 使用 Braze：查看营销活动、Canvas 及其效果，检查分段、日活跃用户和收入，查询用户档案和订阅，记录属性和事件，并在你确认后触发 API 营销活动。
设置
- 在 Braze 中打开 Settings → APIs and Identifiers → API Keys，点击 Create API Key。一个密钥只属于一个工作区。
- 为它命名，并勾选工具需要的权限。读取需要：
campaigns.list,campaigns.details,campaigns.data_series,sends.data_series,canvas.list,canvas.details,canvas.data_summary,segments.list,segments.details,segments.data_series,kpi.dau.data_series,kpi.mau.data_series,kpi.new_users.data_series,kpi.uninstalls.data_series,events.list,events.data_series,purchases.product_list,purchases.quantity_series,purchases.revenue_series,subscription.status.get,subscription.groups.get,users.export.ids。写入还需要users.track,campaigns.trigger.send,canvas.trigger.send；只有要开启删除工具时才加上users.delete。密钥的权限之后无法修改：如有需要，请新建一个密钥。 - 把密钥复制到
BRAZE_REST_API_KEY，不要带 Bearer 前缀。 - 把同一页面上显示的 REST endpoint 复制到
BRAZE_REST_ENDPOINT。它取决于你的 Braze 实例，并与仪表板地址对应：dashboard-01.braze.com对应https://rest.iad-01.braze.com，dashboard-01.braze.eu对应https://rest.fra-01.braze.eu，以此类推。美国实例运行在rest.iad-01到rest.iad-08以及rest.us-10（.braze.com），欧盟实例运行在rest.fra-01和rest.fra-02（.braze.eu），其他实例运行在rest.au-01、rest.id-01、rest.jp-01和rest.kr-01（.braze.com）。密钥只能在自己的实例上使用。 - 安装连接器。连接检查会列出你的营销活动，所以密钥需要
campaigns.list。
谁能看到什么：密钥代表整个工作区，而不是某个人。使用该连接器的人能看到密钥可读取的一切，包括用户档案。请只把 MCP 服务器分享给有权查看这些内容的人。
可读取的内容：营销活动和 Canvas 的设置、消息和每日效果（发送、送达、打开、点击、转化、收入），某一次通过 API 触发的发送的效果（保留 14 天），分段及其估算规模（适用于开启了分析跟踪的分段），日活跃和月活跃用户、新用户和卸载数，自定义事件、购买和收入，按 external id、别名、braze_id、邮箱或电话查询的用户档案，以及订阅组状态。时间序列覆盖 1 到 100 天，Canvas 汇总覆盖 1 到 14 天。
先确认：braze_track_users 每次最多记录 75 条属性、自定义事件和购买，并可能把用户带入分段或启动 Canvas，因此 AI 会先给你看改动并等你确认。braze_send_campaign 和 braze_send_canvas 会触发向真实的人发送真实消息的 API 营销活动和 Canvas：AI 会给你看营销活动或 Canvas、渠道以及具体收件人；如果是广播或多个收件人，它会等你明确回复“是的，发送”。braze_delete_users 在安装时默认关闭。
限制：大多数端点每小时允许 250,000 次请求。读取用户档案：2024 年 8 月以后开通的工作区每分钟 250 次（之前开通的为 2,500 次）；自定义事件列表和产品列表共享每小时 1,000 次；发送端点每分钟允许 250 次广播调用，每个受众每分钟 10 次。达到限制时 Braze 返回 429。
常见错误：401 "Invalid API key"：密钥错误或属于另一个实例；请检查 REST endpoint 是否与你的仪表板对应。403 "Access Denied"：密钥缺少该端点的权限，请新建一个具备该权限的密钥。400：缺少参数或参数无效，例如时长超出范围或营销活动 id 未知。429：达到速率限制；请稍等后重试一次。
该连接器不涉及内容块和模板、目录、邮件列表和硬退信、预定消息、偏好中心、SCIM、用户别名和 identify 端点、向云存储导出分段以及 Currents。
