amoCRM + Microsoft Copilot

前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
AMOCRM_SUBDOMAIN, AMOCRM_ACCESS_TOKEN
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 在 amoCRM 左侧菜单中打开 амоМаркет（amoMarket），点击右上角的 ⋯（在 + WEB HOOKS 旁边），选择 Создать интеграцию（创建集成），再选择 Внешняя интеграция（外部集成）。你需要是账户管理员。
- 填写 Ссылка для перенаправления（重定向 URL）：表单要求必填，但长期令牌从不使用它，所以填写你自己的任意 https 地址即可。在 Предоставить доступ 下勾选所需权限，为集成填写名称和描述，然后点击 Сохранить（保存）。
- 打开集成的 Ключи и доступы（密钥和访问）标签页，点击 Сгенерировать токен（生成令牌）。在 1 天到 5 年之间选择有效期，并立即复制令牌：amoCRM 只显示一次。
- 将令牌粘贴到
AMOCRM_ACCESS_TOKEN，将账户子域名填入AMOCRM_SUBDOMAIN：对于https://acme.amocrm.ru，填写acme。然后安装连接器。 - 先运行
amocrm_get_account：它会显示账户、账户货币和任务类型。
amoCRM 还是 Kommo：两者是同一个产品。<subdomain>.amocrm.ru 上的账户使用这个连接器；旧的国际版地址 <subdomain>.amocrm.com 会跳转到那里，所以填写同一个子域名即可。<subdomain>.kommo.com 上的账户请使用 Kommo 连接器。
令牌归属：令牌以创建它的管理员的身份操作。可在集成的 Выданные доступы 标签页中点击 Отозвать доступ 撤销它。令牌到期后，生成新令牌并填入。
先确认：在创建或修改交易、创建联系人或任务、添加备注之前，AI 会向你展示将要写入的内容，并等待你确认。amoCRM 不会检查新联系人是否重复，所以 AI 会先搜索。
只读设置：amoCRM 令牌无法限制为只读，因此请停用 amocrm_create_lead、amocrm_update_lead、amocrm_create_contact、amocrm_create_task 和 amocrm_add_note。这个连接器中没有任何工具会删除数据。
管道、阶段和字段：在 API 中，交易称为线索（lead）。每笔交易都位于某个管道的某个阶段中，amocrm_list_pipelines 会列出它们。在每个管道中，阶段 142 都是 Closed-won（Успешно реализовано，成功成交），143 都是 Closed-lost（Закрыто и не реализовано，关闭未成交）。电话号码、邮箱地址和其他额外数据都是自定义字段，amocrm_list_custom_fields 会列出它们及其 id 和选项。负责人来自 amocrm_list_users。
备注和事件日志：amocrm_list_notes 读取单笔交易、单个联系人或公司的时间线。amocrm_list_notes_by_type 一次读取所有记录的备注，例如本周记录的所有通话。amocrm_list_events 读取账户的事件日志：阶段变更、新记录、字段和负责人的变更、通话、聊天消息和已完成的任务，并附有旧值和新值。
限制：每个集成每秒最多 7 个请求，每个账户每秒最多 50 个。超出后 amoCRM 返回 429；反复超限会封禁该账户的 API 访问，所有调用都返回 403。请让 AI 使用筛选或搜索，而不是逐页翻阅所有交易或事件。
常见错误：401 表示令牌错误、已过期或已撤销，或者 amocrm.ru 上没有这个子域名的账户（kommo.com 账户需要使用 Kommo 连接器）。402 表示订阅已结束：写入立即停止，读取在 30 天后停止。403 可能表示令牌所属用户权限不足，或因请求过多导致 API 访问被封禁。404 表示 id 或子域名错误。400 会列出无效字段，例如不属于该管道的阶段，或类型错误的自定义字段值。
这个连接器不会删除任何内容，也不处理客户（покупатели）、未分类的传入线索、聊天和消息、列表（目录）、Webhook 或 Salesbot。

步骤 3 — 在 Microsoft Copilot 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
Microsoft Copilot 通过在 Copilot Studio 中构建的智能体使用 MCP 服务器：把 AnythingMCP 作为工具添加到智能体，然后把智能体发布到 Microsoft 365 Copilot 和 Teams。Copilot Studio 从 Microsoft 的云端通过 Streamable HTTP 连接，AnythingMCP 支持这种方式。
- 在 Copilot Studio 中打开你的智能体（或新建一个），进入 Tools，选择 Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol。
- 填写 Server name（例如
AnythingMCP）、说明连接器用途的 Server description，以及 Server URLhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID。Copilot Studio 根据描述决定何时调用该服务器。 - 身份验证选择 API key，把 Type 设为 Header，请求头名称填
X-API-Key，然后选择 Create。 - 在 Add tool 中选择 Create a new connection，粘贴 AnythingMCP 的 MCP API 密钥（MCP Servers → 你的服务器 → API keys），然后选择 Add to agent。
- 在智能体的 Test 窗格中试一试：提出需要用到
amoCRM的工具的请求。 - 选择 Publish，然后进入 Channels → Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams，保持勾选 Make agent available in Microsoft Copilot，再选择 Add channel。See agent in Teams 会为你安装该智能体；在 Microsoft 365 Copilot 中输入 @ 并选择该智能体。
希望每个用户各自登录？请选择 OAuth 2.0 → Dynamic discovery 代替 API 密钥：每个用户会在智能体首次调用时登录 AnythingMCP。
自托管？请用你实例的公网 HTTPS 地址替换 https://cloud.anythingmcp.com。Copilot Studio 从 Microsoft 的云端连接，因此 localhost 无法使用。

这适用于哪个 Copilot？ 适用于工作中的 Microsoft 365 Copilot，通过 Copilot Studio 的智能体实现。面向个人账户的 Microsoft Copilot 应用无法添加自己的 MCP 服务器。
我需要什么？ 一个可以使用 Copilot Studio 的工作账户（许可证或试用版），用于构建智能体。在 Microsoft 365 Copilot 或 Teams 中使用它的人需要拥有该智能体的访问权限：把它共享给他们，或请管理员为整个组织发布。如果你的组织对 Power Platform 连接器设置了数据策略，这些策略同样适用于 MCP 服务器。
智能体不调用工具。 检查请求头名称是否正好是 X-API-Key，密钥是否属于与 URL 相同的 MCP 服务器，并把 Server description 写得具体：Copilot Studio 根据它决定何时调用服务器。每次修改后重新发布智能体；在已打开的对话中输入 "start over" 即可使用新版本。
