apaleo + Microsoft Copilot
在云端 PMS apaleo 中运营酒店：门店、客房和房型、价格计划和房价、空房和报价、预订、入住订单和住客、团队、账单（folio）、付款、发票、维修、客房清洁和业绩报表。可以创建预订、分配客房、办理入住和退房。以应用身份通过 OAuth2 client credentials 连接；取消和未到（no-show）在安装时关闭。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
APALEO_CLIENT_ID, APALEO_CLIENT_SECRET
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 5 分钟。你需要一个能访问 Apps 的 apaleo 账户。不需要在浏览器中登录：连接器以应用身份使用 OAuth2 client credentials 授权方式认证。
- 在 apaleo 中打开 Apps > Connected apps > Add a custom app（或在 apaleo.dev 注册一个使用 client credentials 的 OAuth simple client）。
- 为应用授予团队需要的权限。读取方面例如
properties.read、unitgroups.read、units.read、rateplans.read、rates.read、services.read、companies.read、availability.read、offers.read、reservations.read、groups.read、blocks.read、folios.read、payments.read、invoices.read、maintenances.read和reports.read；写入方面是reservations.create、reservations.manage、reservations.assign-unit、maintenances.create和operations.change-room-state。如果只需读取，就不要授予写入权限。 - 把 client id 复制到
APALEO_CLIENT_ID，把 client secret 复制到APALEO_CLIENT_SECRET。secret 只显示一次；丢失后请在应用中新建一个。 - 安装连接器并运行
apaleo_list_properties检查连接。
连接器从 https://identity.apaleo.com/connect/token 获取令牌，每小时续期一次。每次调用都以该自定义应用的身份和权限执行；应用缺少的权限会返回 403。
可读取的数据：
- 库存和房价：门店（酒店）、unit group（房型）、带清洁状态和维修信息的 unit（客房）、价格计划、带限制条件的每晚房价（
apaleo_list_rates）、服务（早餐、停车等附加服务）、取消政策和公司（协议客户）。 - 空房和报价：每个房型每晚的剩余房量（
apaleo_get_unit_group_availability）、整个入住期间都空闲的客房（apaleo_get_unit_availability）、可分配给某个入住订单的客房，以及apaleo_get_offers：一次入住可预订的价格计划和价格。 - 预订和入住订单：
apaleo_list_reservations支持text_search（姓名、邮箱、入住订单 id），以及搭配from和to的date_filterArrival、Departure 或 Stay；apaleo_count_reservations只计数不加载。此外还有预订、入住订单的服务、团队和锁房（block）。住客属于入住订单（primaryGuest、additionalGuests）和预订（booker）的一部分。 - 账务：账单（住客账单，用
reservation_ids查找）、账单上的付款和发票。 - 运营和报表：维修时段、门店业绩（入住率、ADR、RevPAR）、按科目统计的收入（净额、总额和增值税，期间最长一年），以及一个月内每天的到店数。
可写入的操作：
- 预订：用从
apaleo_get_offers取得的 ratePlanId 和每晚一个 timeSlice 调用apaleo_create_booking。apaleo_update_booking和apaleo_update_reservation接受 JSON Patch 操作，例如[{"op": "replace", "path": "/comment", "value": "Late arrival"}]。apaleo_amend_reservation修改到店日、离店日、人数、价格计划和每晚价格。 - 前台：
apaleo_assign_unit（由 apaleo 选择空房）或apaleo_assign_specific_unit、apaleo_unassign_units、apaleo_check_in_reservation（可用apaleo_revert_check_in撤销）和apaleo_check_out_reservation；退房会把所有未入账的费用记入账单，且只有在离店日不晚于明天时才能办理。 - 客房清洁和维修：
apaleo_set_unit_conditions（Clean、CleanToBeInspected、Dirty）和apaleo_create_maintenance（OutOfService、OutOfOrder、OutOfInventory）。
预订、入住和退房会直接改变正在运营的酒店，所以 AI 会先向你展示要修改的内容，等你确认。
安装时关闭：apaleo_cancel_reservation（按价格计划的取消政策收取取消费，取消后的入住订单无法恢复）和 apaleo_set_reservation_no_show（把未到费用记入账单，且无法撤销）。团队需要时由管理员开启。
数据格式：id 是易读的代码：门店 MUC、unit group MUC-DBL、unit MUC-101、价格计划 MUC-FLEX-DBL、预订 ABCDEF、其入住订单 ABCDEF-1 和 ABCDEF-2、账单 ABCDEF-1-1。金额为主单位的 {"amount": 120.0, "currency": "EUR"}；住客仍有欠款时，入住订单的 balance 为负数。日期为 YYYY-MM-DD；时间为带门店 UTC 偏移的 ISO 8601。一晚归属于它开始的营业日；to 在空房和业绩中包含在内，在收入报表中不包含。入住订单状态为 Confirmed、InHouse、CheckedOut、Canceled 或 NoShow。多值过滤条件用逗号分隔且不加空格（status: Confirmed,InHouse），expand 用于加入嵌入对象（expand: booker,assignedUnits）。
分页：列表使用 page_number（从 1 开始）和 page_size（最多 500），并在 count 中返回总数。超出末尾的页面返回 204 No Content，表示没有更多数据。
常见错误：401 表示 client id 或 secret 错误，或令牌已过期。403 表示自定义应用缺少权限。404 表示 id 不存在。422 是业务规则，例如在到店日之前办理入住、未分配客房或报价已售罄，原因在 messages 中。429 是频率限制。
此连接器不入账费用或付款，不创建发票，不修改价格计划、房价或库存，也不管理 apaleo 的用户或应用。

步骤 3 — 在 Microsoft Copilot 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
Microsoft Copilot 通过在 Copilot Studio 中构建的智能体使用 MCP 服务器：把 AnythingMCP 作为工具添加到智能体，然后把智能体发布到 Microsoft 365 Copilot 和 Teams。Copilot Studio 从 Microsoft 的云端通过 Streamable HTTP 连接，AnythingMCP 支持这种方式。
- 在 Copilot Studio 中打开你的智能体（或新建一个），进入 Tools，选择 Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol。
- 填写 Server name（例如
AnythingMCP）、说明连接器用途的 Server description，以及 Server URLhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID。Copilot Studio 根据描述决定何时调用该服务器。 - 身份验证选择 API key，把 Type 设为 Header，请求头名称填

FAQ
这适用于哪个 Copilot？ 适用于工作中的 Microsoft 365 Copilot，通过 Copilot Studio 的智能体实现。面向个人账户的 Microsoft Copilot 应用无法添加自己的 MCP 服务器。
我需要什么？ 一个可以使用 Copilot Studio 的工作账户（许可证或试用版），用于构建智能体。在 Microsoft 365 Copilot 或 Teams 中使用它的人需要拥有该智能体的访问权限：把它共享给他们，或请管理员为整个组织发布。如果你的组织对 Power Platform 连接器设置了数据策略，这些策略同样适用于 MCP 服务器。
智能体不调用工具。 检查请求头名称是否正好是 X-API-Key，密钥是否属于与 URL 相同的 MCP 服务器，并把 Server description 写得具体：Copilot Studio 根据它决定何时调用服务器。每次修改后重新发布智能体；在已打开的对话中输入 "start over" 即可使用新版本。
