步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 2 分钟。你需要一个安装了 Appstle Subscriptions 应用、且套餐包含 API 访问的 Shopify 店铺。
- 在 Shopify 后台打开 Appstle Subscriptions 应用，然后进入 Settings、API Key Management。
- 创建一个 API 密钥（每个店铺最多 10 个），粘贴到
APPSTLE_API_KEY。连接器通过X-API-Key请求头发送它。该密钥拥有店铺订阅的完整访问权限，请妥善保密。 - 安装连接器并运行
appstle_subscriptions_list_subscription_contracts：它会列出订阅合同并确认密钥可用。
连接器使用 Appstle Subscriptions Admin API（https://subscription-admin.appstle.com/api/external/v2）。
可读取的内容：订阅合同，包括状态、客户、下次扣款日期、扣款和配送间隔、商品和订单金额，可按状态、日期、客户姓名或邮箱、订单号、商品、变体、销售计划或金额搜索。Shopify 保存的完整合同，包括订单行 ID、折扣 ID、配送方式和地址以及支付方式。有订阅的客户及其资料、支付方式和合同。带扣款尝试 ID 的即将到来订单（QUEUED），过去的续订订单（成功、失败和已跳过；不包括结账时的首单），以及最近一笔订单的物流跟踪。订阅组和销售计划，商品替换规则，合同可切换的配送方式，每份合同的收入和当前扣款周期，按状态汇总的全店续订扣款报告（SUCCESS 用于收入，FAILURE 用于失败的付款），以及挽留记录：客户每次进入取消或暂停流程时的原因，以及是否接受了挽留优惠。
可写入的操作：暂停（PAUSED）或恢复（ACTIVE）订阅，调整下次扣款日期，修改扣款和配送频率，跳过、恢复或改期某个即将到来的订单，添加、修改、替换或移除商品，切换销售计划，应用 Shopify 折扣码或自定义折扣并移除折扣，修改收货地址和订单备注，以及让 Shopify 给客户发送更新支付方式的链接。它还可以生成客户门户的限时登录链接；该链接会以该客户身份登录，所以只能交给该客户本人。这些更改会影响真实的订阅，通常还会给客户发邮件，因此 AI 会先说明将要更改的内容并等你同意。
安装时关闭：appstle_subscriptions_cancel_contract（停止所有后续扣款和配送；已取消的合同无法恢复）和 appstle_subscriptions_bill_order_now（立即从客户的银行卡扣款；结果稍后出现在过去的订单中）。团队需要时由管理员开启。
数据格式：合同、客户、扣款尝试、订阅组、商品和变体 ID 是数字。订单行 ID 和折扣 ID 是完整的 Shopify GraphQL ID，例如 gid://shopify/SubscriptionLine/...，AI 会原样传递。日期为带时区的 ISO 8601（2026-11-01T00:00:00Z）。金额使用店铺货币。合同状态为 ACTIVE、PAUSED 和 CANCELLED；扣款尝试状态为 QUEUED、SUCCESS、FAILURE、SKIPPED 等。新的收货地址需要完整发送，而不只是修改的字段。
分页：列表工具接受 page（从 0 开始）和 size（默认 20，最多 2000）。总数在 _headers.x-total-count 中。sort 接受 snake_case 的数据库列名加方向，例如 next_billing_date,asc。appstle_subscriptions_get_customer 用 cursor 翻页客户的合同。
常见错误：401 或 403 表示 API 密钥错误或已撤销，或 Appstle 套餐不含 API 访问。400 会说明被拒绝的更改，例如过去的日期、低于订阅最低数量的订单行，或已不再是 QUEUED 的订单。404 是未知 ID。429 是频率限制：稍等后重试。
该连接器不会创建新订阅，不会编辑订阅组、销售计划或替换规则，也不会自行更改支付方式：它会把更新链接发给客户。
