步骤 1 — 获取凭证
AnythingMCP 使用你的 Atlassian 邮箱和带 scope 的 API 令牌，连接 Atlassian 官方的远程 MCP 服务器 Atlassian Rovo MCP Server (https://mcp.atlassian.com/v2/mcp)。它覆盖 Jira（工作项、JQL、看板和冲刺）、Confluence（页面、空间和 CQL）、跨 Atlassian 应用的 Rovo 搜索，以及你的组织启用了的 Jira Service Management、Bitbucket Cloud、Loom 和 Goals。安装时 AnythingMCP 会读取 Atlassian 向你的令牌提供的工具，每个工具都带有前缀 atlassian_。Atlassian 新增工具或管理员开启了其他权限组后，打开连接器并点击 Discover tools。
- 管理员步骤：Atlassian 组织管理员在 Atlassian Administration → Rovo → Rovo MCP server settings 中开启 API 令牌认证。不开启的话，所有调用都会被拒绝。同一设置还控制权限组；
delete_jira和manage_jira默认关闭。 - 以 AI 要代表的那个人的账号登录，打开 id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens，选择 Create API token with scopes。勾选所需应用的
agent-interfacescope，例如read:jira:agent-interface、write:jira:agent-interface、search:jira:agent-interface、read:confluence:agent-interface、write:confluence:agent-interface、search:confluence:agent-interface和search:rovo:agent-interface。立即复制令牌：Atlassian 只显示一次。 - 把令牌所属账号的邮箱填入
ATLASSIAN_EMAIL，把令牌（通常以ATATT开头）填入ATLASSIAN_API_TOKEN，然后安装。AnythingMCP 以 HTTP Basic 认证发送这两项，这正是 Atlassian 接受个人 API 令牌的方式。 - 用服务账号代替个人：管理员创建一个服务账号和具有相同 scope 的 API 密钥。Atlassian 把该密钥当作 Bearer 令牌接受，因此安装后打开连接器编辑器，把认证类型改为 Bearer token 并粘贴密钥。
IP 允许列表：如果你的组织用 IP 允许列表限制访问，请加入 AnythingMCP 发起调用的地址（使用 AnythingMCP Cloud 时，可向支持团队询问当前的出口 IP）。使用 API 令牌时，IP 允许列表是唯一的网络检查。
安装时默认关闭：atlassian_executeWrite 和 atlassian_executeDestructive（它们可以按名称执行 Atlassian 目录中的任意操作，仅 atlassian_executeWrite 就可能合并 pull request 或修改权限）、Jira 删除类工具、Jira 项目和界面管理、冲刺和版本管理、entity properties、Confluence 的权限、限制、公开链接和空间说明修改、Confluence Remix 工具（每次 15 到 30 个 Rovo 积分）、Bitbucket 的合并、批准、提交和流水线运行、Loom 可见性修改，以及 Jira Service Management 告警操作。需要时可以逐个开启。atlassian_search 和 Teamwork Graph 工具每次调用最多从组织的共享额度中消耗 10 个 Rovo 积分。每次调用都以令牌所有者的 Jira、Confluence 和 Bitbucket 权限执行，所以请使用只能看到 AI 应该看到内容的账号。
第一次调用：atlassian_getAccessibleAtlassianResources。API 令牌不绑定某个站点，因此几乎每个工具都需要 cloudId，这个调用会返回你能访问的每个站点的 cloudId。之后，用自然语言提问时使用 atlassian_search，需要精确的 JQL 和 CQL 过滤时使用 atlassian_searchJiraIssuesUsingJql 或 atlassian_searchConfluence，读取单个条目时使用 atlassian_getJiraIssue 或 atlassian_getConfluenceContent。代码搜索、Teams 和部分 Compass 工具需要 OAuth 2.1，无法使用 API 令牌。401 表示组织未开启 API 令牌认证，或邮箱和令牌不匹配；某个工具报 scope 错误，说明令牌缺少该应用的 agent-interface scope，请创建包含该 scope 的新令牌并在连接器中替换。

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 通过开发者模式（Developer mode）将 MCP 服务器作为自定义应用接入，仅付费套餐可用，免费套餐不可用。在 Business 和 Enterprise 工作区中，可能需要管理员先开启。
- 在 ChatGPT 中打开 Settings → Security and login，开启 Developer mode。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 +。
