Autotask PSA + ChatGPT
Datto（Kaseya）的 Autotask PSA：查询公司、联系人、工单和备注、工时记录、项目和任务、资源、合同和配置项；创建和更新工单、添加备注并记录工时。Autotask REST API。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
AUTOTASK_ZONE_HOST, AUTOTASK_USERNAME, AUTOTASK_SECRET, AUTOTASK_INTEGRATION_CODE
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
该连接器使用 Autotask PSA 的 REST API。它需要一个仅限 API 的资源，只有 Autotask 管理员才能创建。
- 在 Autotask 中打开 Admin → Resources/Users → New API User，并为该资源设置安全级别 API User (API-only)。
- 在其 Security 选项卡的 API Tracking Identifier 下，选择你的集成供应商，或让 Autotask 生成自定义标识符（internal integration）。将其复制到
AUTOTASK_INTEGRATION_CODE。 - 将 API 用户的用户名（形如邮箱地址）复制到
AUTOTASK_USERNAME，将生成的密钥复制到AUTOTASK_SECRET。密钥只在生成时完整显示。 - 在浏览器中打开
https://webservices.autotask.net/atservicesrest/v1.0/zoneInformation?user=<API username>，将url字段中的主机复制到AUTOTASK_ZONE_HOST，例如webservices5.autotask.net：只填主机，不带https://，也不带路径。区域错误时，即使凭据正确也会返回 500 或 401。 - 先调用
autotask_query_companies，再用companyID调用autotask_query_tickets。状态、优先级和队列是数字 ID，每个数据库都不同：在按它们筛选或写入之前，先用autotask_get_entity_fields（例如实体Tickets）读取。
一次查询最多返回 500 条记录；Autotask 每个数据库每小时允许 10,000 个请求，因此计数请使用 autotask_count_tickets。创建和更新工单、添加备注和记录工时会修改数据，并可能通过工作流规则触发客户通知。该连接器不会删除任何内容。
步骤 2 — 安装 adapter

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 通过开发者模式（Developer mode）将 MCP 服务器作为自定义应用接入，仅付费套餐可用，免费套餐不可用。在 Business 和 Enterprise 工作区中，可能需要管理员先开启。
- 在 ChatGPT 中打开 Settings → Security and login，开启 Developer mode。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 +。
- 填写名称和简短描述，例如 Name:
