前提条件

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 访问 BILL API 需要一个 developer key。由管理员在 BILL 网页应用中通过 Settings → Sync & Integrations → Manage Developer Keys → Generate developer key 生成。如果想先试用，可以在
https://developer.bill.com注册一个沙盒开发者账号，它自带一个沙盒密钥。把密钥粘贴到BILL_DEV_KEY。 - 把同一 Manage Developer Keys 页面底部显示的组织 ID 复制到
BILL_ORGANIZATION_ID。它以008开头。 - 在
BILL_USERNAME和BILL_PASSWORD中填入该组织一位 BILL 用户的邮箱和密码。请使用专门的 API 用户：该用户在 BILL 中的角色决定了 AI 能看到和能做的内容。 - 正式环境请把
BILL_API_URL设为https://gateway.prod.bill.com/connect，沙盒请设为https://gateway.stage.bill.com/connect。沙盒 developer key 不能用于正式环境，反之亦然。 - 安装连接器后先运行
bill_com_get_session。它会检查登录，并显示连接器以哪个组织和用户的身份工作。
会话：连接器以该用户身份登录，并自行管理会话。会话在 35 分钟无活动后结束，连接器会自动重新登录。
可读取的内容：BILL（原 Bill.com）为美国企业处理应付和应收账款。在应付方面，AI 可以读取供应商、带到期日及付款和审批状态的账单、定期账单、供应商贷项、向供应商的付款、审批策略，以及等待你审批的账单。在应收方面，它可以读取客户、发票、贷项通知单和收款。
从这里开始：可以问问按到期日排序的未付和部分支付的账单、等待你审批的账单，或者仍未结清或部分收款的客户发票。
审批功能安装时默认关闭：bill_com_approve_or_deny_bills 会批准或拒绝等待当前登录用户审批的账单，每张账单可附一条可选备注，批准后的账单随后即可付款。只有在希望 AI 以该用户身份审批账单时才开启它；AI 会从 bill_com_list_pending_approvals 的列表开始。其他所有功能都是只读的。
限制：每个 developer key 每小时 20,000 次请求，每个组织同时 3 个请求，每个 developer key 每小时 200 次登录。错误 BDC_1144 和 BDC_1322 表示达到了限制：请稍候重试。
该连接器不会付款，也不会创建账单或发票。
