Billbee + Meta Muse

前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
BILLBEE_API_KEY, BILLBEE_LOGIN_EMAIL, BILLBEE_API_PASSWORD
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 登录 Billbee，打开 Einstellungen（Settings）→ Billbee API。在该页面的常规设置中启用 API 访问，并设置一个 API 密码。这是专门用于 API 的独立密码，不是你的登录密码。
- 向 Billbee 申请 API 密钥：使用他们的 API 申请表，或发邮件到 [email protected]，简单说明你要接入什么（这里是：通过 AnythingMCP 读取订单的 AI）。Billbee 会把密钥发给你。
- 把密钥填入
BILLBEE_API_KEY，把你登录 Billbee 用的邮箱填入BILLBEE_LOGIN_EMAIL，把第 1 步设置的 API 密码填入BILLBEE_API_PASSWORD。 - 安装连接器。不需要点击 Authorize with Provider：每次调用都会在
X-Billbee-Api-Key请求头中发送 API 密钥，并通过 HTTP Basic 认证发送邮箱和 API 密码。 - 先运行
billbee_list_shipping_providers：它不需要参数，会列出你账户中配置的物流服务商。只要有返回结果，就说明三个值都正确。
三个值缺一不可：只带 API 密钥，或只带邮箱和 API 密码的调用都会被 Billbee 拒绝。连接器上必须三个都填好。
保持登录：没有需要续期的令牌，连接器每次调用都会发送这三个值。如果你在 Billbee 中修改了 API 密码，或拿到了新的 API 密钥，请在连接器页面更新 BILLBEE_API_PASSWORD 或 BILLBEE_API_KEY。
只读：全部 8 个工具都只读取订单、商品、客户和物流服务商。连接器无法在 Billbee 中创建或修改任何内容，所以只读使用时不需要关闭任何工具。你仍然可以在连接器页面单独禁用某些工具，例如不想让 AI 看到客户数据时，禁用 billbee_list_customers 和 billbee_get_customer_orders。
订单：billbee_list_orders 可以按下单日期（minOrderDate、maxOrderDate）和最后修改时间（modifiedAtMin、modifiedAtMax）筛选，日期采用 ISO 8601 格式，例如 2026-01-01。billbee_get_order 根据 Billbee 订单 ID 返回完整订单，包括订单行、地址、付款和发货信息。billbee_get_order_by_extref 按电商平台或网店的订单号查找订单，例如 Amazon 或 eBay 订单号。订单状态以数字形式返回。
商品和客户：billbee_get_product 按 Billbee 商品 ID 查询商品；把 lookupBy 设为 sku 或 ean 时，也可以按 SKU 或 EAN 查询，并返回价格和库存。billbee_list_products 可以只列出某个日期之后创建的商品（minCreatedAt）。billbee_list_customers 没有搜索功能，按姓名找客户需要逐页翻看列表；有了客户 ID，billbee_get_customer_orders 就能列出该客户的订单。
分页和速率限制：列表类工具每页最多返回 250 行（pageSize），响应中包含 Page、TotalPages 和 TotalRows，AI 会依次请求下一个 page，直到最后一页。Billbee 对每个 API 密钥加用户的组合限制为每秒 2 个请求，超过后返回 429：稍等片刻再试。超出免费额度的 API 用量由 Billbee 收费，所以与其反复拉取全部数据，不如缩小日期范围并使用 modifiedAtMin。
常见错误：如果 Billbee 拒绝了凭据，请检查三个变量是否都已填写，是否已在 Einstellungen → Billbee API 中启用 API 访问，以及 BILLBEE_API_PASSWORD 中填的是 API 密码而不是登录密码。429 表示达到了每秒 2 个请求的限制。
该连接器不能创建或编辑订单，不能更改订单状态或更新库存，不能创建发货或面单，也不能创建发票或其他单据。
步骤 2 — 安装 adapter

步骤 3 — 在 Muse 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
Muse 以自定义连接器的形式添加远程 MCP 服务器，并通过 OAuth 登录。
- 在 Muse 中打开 Settings → Connectors，选择 Add custom connector。
- 粘贴 MCP 服务器 URL
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID。 - Muse 会打开 AnythingMCP 的登录页面：登录并批准访问。
- 在聊天中，向 Muse 提出需要用到
Billbee的工具的请求。
