Bind ERP + ChatGPT
将墨西哥云 ERP Bind ERP 连接到 Claude 或 ChatGPT：客户和潜在客户、供应商、商品及各仓库库存、订单、报价、带 CFDI XML 的销售、采购订单、费用、科目表和会计凭证，支持 OData 筛选。写入和开具 CFDI 在安装时关闭。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 5 分钟，只需要你的 Bind ERP 用户。
- 在 Bind ERP 中点击右上角的用户名，打开 Perfil。
- 打开个人资料中的 Integraciones 选项卡，输入密码，然后点击 Generar API Key。
- 复制 Bind 显示的长密钥（一个由点分隔成三段的 JWT），原样粘贴到
BINDERP_API_TOKEN，不要加 Bearer、引号或空格。 - 安装连接器并运行
binderp_get_user_profile：它会显示该密钥所属的用户，包括姓名、邮箱和角色。
密钥以你的身份操作：它拥有生成它的 Bind 用户的权限。所以请用一个能看到 AI 所需数据的用户来生成，最好是角色可以限制的用户。
密钥有效期为一年：Bind 的 API 密钥在生成一年后过期，过期的密钥会返回 401。请在日历里设个提醒，在满一年前通过 Perfil、Integraciones、Generar API Key 生成新密钥，并粘贴到这里。
可读取的内容：公司资料（法定名称和商业名称、RFC（墨西哥税号）、税务制度、地址，以及 CFDI 签名证书 CSD 的到期时间）；用户、分支机构（sucursales）、仓库（almacenes）、价目表、币种、带余额的银行账户以及单据编号序列；客户，含 RFC、信用天数和额度、地址和余额；潜在客户；供应商；带 SAT 代码和税费的商品、服务和生产配方；各仓库库存、到货和仓库间调拨；销售（ventas），含序列、编号、UUID、税费、收款和状态；客户订单（pedidos）、报价（cotizaciones）、采购订单和费用单及其付款；科目表和会计凭证（pólizas contables）；以及 CRM 活动和评论。
以 XML 获取你的 CFDI：binderp_get_invoice_xml 以文本形式返回一笔销售已盖章的 CFDI XML，也就是在 SAT 登记的电子发票。AI 可以读取其中的 UUID、税费和明细，或把文件交给你。
筛选和 ID：列表工具支持 OData 筛选，例如 RFC eq 'XAXX010101000' 或日期范围，还支持排序和分页（默认每页 50 行）。很多工具需要分支机构、仓库、价目表或币种的 ID，AI 会在每次对话中用 binderp_list_locations、binderp_list_warehouses、binderp_list_price_lists 和 binderp_list_currencies 查一次。
安装时关闭：所有写入工具，即 binderp_create_client、binderp_update_client、binderp_create_prospect、binderp_add_comment、binderp_create_product、binderp_create_order、binderp_create_quote 和 binderp_create_invoice。binderp_update_client 会替换整条记录，所以需要保留的字段也都要一并发送。IsFiscalInvoice 为 true 时，binderp_create_invoice 会在 SAT 为 CFDI 盖章，这是具有法律效力的税务凭证，只能通过正式作废来撤销。管理者只开启需要的工具，即便开启后，AI 也会先给你看客户、明细、税费和 CFDI 用途，等你确认。
限制：仅使用 API 密钥时，Bind 允许每 5 分钟 150 次调用、每天 5,000 次。在 Bind 开发者门户注册并向 Bind 申请订阅后，额度翻倍。AI 会优先使用筛选后的列表，而不是逐页翻完所有数据；达到限额后会等待几分钟。
常见错误：401 表示密钥错误、已被撤销或已超过一年。403 表示密钥有效，但其 Bind 用户缺少相应权限。详情工具返回 404 通常表示 ID 错误或已删除。
该连接器不会登记收付款、银行流水、库存调整或贷项通知单，也没有任何工具会动用资金。

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 在网页版的 Plugins 页面把 MCP 服务器添加为插件，仅付费套餐可用，不再需要开发者模式。在 Business 工作区中只有管理员和所有者可以添加；在 Enterprise 和 Edu 中，管理员可以授予 Create plugins with MCPs 权限。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 +，然后选择 Add custom MCP server。
- 填写名称，例如 Name:
