Cal.com + Microsoft Copilot
在 Claude、ChatGPT 或 Copilot 中读取 Cal.com 日程账号：活动类型、含参与者的预约、Cal Video 录像和转录、空闲时段、可用时间安排以及已连接的日历。预约、改期和取消功能也已包含，但安装时处于关闭状态。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 2 分钟。你需要一个 Cal.com 账号（任意套餐）来创建个人 API 密钥。该密钥以创建它的用户身份执行操作。
- 登录 Cal.com，打开 Settings → Developer → API Keys（在 app.cal.com 上，如果你的账号位于 Cal.com 的欧盟区域，则在 app.cal.eu 上）。
- 点击 New，为密钥起个名字（例如 AnythingMCP）并设置有效期，然后复制。密钥以
cal_live_（测试模式下为cal_test_）开头，只显示一次。 - 只把密钥本身粘贴到
CALCOM_API_KEY，不要加上 Bearer 一词。 - 如果你在 app.cal.com 登录，把
CALCOM_API_HOST设为https://api.cal.com；如果在 app.cal.eu 登录，则设为https://api.cal.eu。不要带/v2、路径或末尾斜杠，/v2由连接器自动添加。密钥只能在它所属的区域使用。 - 安装连接器并运行
calcom_get_me：它会显示密钥所属的用户及其时区和默认时间安排，并确认密钥与主机是匹配的。
能看到谁的数据：密钥所有者的活动类型、预约和时间安排，以及该用户作为主持人或管理员的团队预约。所有使用这个连接器的人都在操作这同一个账号，所以请使用 AI 需要查看其会议的那个人（或团队管理员）的密钥。
可读取的内容：你的活动类型（可预约的会议模板），包括时长、地点、预约表单字段、缓冲时间、最短提前时间和预约链接；预约的状态、时间、会议链接、主持人、带邮箱和时区的参与者、嘉宾以及预约问题的回答；某个预约的 Cal Video 录像和转录；某个活动类型的空闲时段；你的可用时间安排，包括每周时间和特定日期的例外；以及已连接的日历（Google、Outlook、Apple、CalDAV），包括用于冲突检查的日历和新预约写入的日历。
用预约 uid，而不是 id：预约类工具需要的是预约的 uid，即 AI 从 calcom_list_bookings 获取的字符串，而不是数字 id。周期性预约的 uid 会返回所有场次。预约可以按状态（upcoming、past、cancelled、unconfirmed）、参与者、活动类型、团队或日期筛选，并分页返回。
时区：空闲时段按你习惯的时区返回，AI 会把这个时区传给 calcom_get_available_slots；而预约的开始时间以 UTC 发送给 Cal.com。空闲时段已经考虑了你的日历、缓冲时间、最短提前时间和各项限制。
录像和转录：只有 Cal Video 会议才有，而且只有组织者、团队管理员或组织管理员可以读取。在 Zoom、Google Meet 或 Teams 上进行的会议在这里没有。只有通话中有人点击了 Transcribe 才会生成转录，其下载链接有效期为一小时，需要时 AI 会重新获取。
安装时关闭：calcom_create_booking、calcom_reschedule_booking 和 calcom_cancel_booking。它们会给真实的参与者发邮件并修改真实的日历：新预约会发送确认邮件和日历邀请（付费活动类型可能要求参与者付款），改期会取消原预约并创建一个带新 uid 的预约，取消则无法撤销（周期性预约会取消所有场次）。管理员可以逐个开启。
每次修改前都会询问：开启写入工具后，AI 会先用 calcom_get_available_slots 确认时间，再向你展示活动类型、按你的时区显示的时间、参与者和嘉宾或原因，等你同意后才执行。
限制：Cal.com 每个 API 密钥每分钟大约允许 120 次请求。收到 429 后，AI 会等待一分钟再重试。
常见错误：401 Invalid API Key 表示密钥错误、已过期、已删除，或属于另一个区域。403 表示密钥有效，但该用户看不到这个预约、活动类型或团队：请使用组织者或团队管理员的密钥。404 通常是因为在需要预约 uid 的地方用了数字 id。400 时 Cal.com 会指出它不接受的字段，常见的是开始时间不在空闲时段内。
该连接器不会修改活动类型、可用时间安排或已连接的日历，也不会收款或退款。

步骤 3 — 在 Microsoft Copilot 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
Microsoft Copilot 通过在 Copilot Studio 中构建的智能体使用 MCP 服务器：把 AnythingMCP 作为工具添加到智能体，然后把智能体发布到 Microsoft 365 Copilot 和 Teams。Copilot Studio 从 Microsoft 的云端通过 Streamable HTTP 连接，AnythingMCP 支持这种方式。
- 在 Copilot Studio 中打开你的智能体（或新建一个），进入 Tools，选择 Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol。
- 填写 Server name（例如
AnythingMCP）、说明连接器用途的 Server description，以及 Server URLhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID。Copilot Studio 根据描述决定何时调用该服务器。 - 身份验证选择 API key，把 Type 设为 Header，请求头名称填

这适用于哪个 Copilot？ 适用于工作中的 Microsoft 365 Copilot，通过 Copilot Studio 的智能体实现。面向个人账户的 Microsoft Copilot 应用无法添加自己的 MCP 服务器。
我需要什么？ 一个可以使用 Copilot Studio 的工作账户（许可证或试用版），用于构建智能体。在 Microsoft 365 Copilot 或 Teams 中使用它的人需要拥有该智能体的访问权限：把它共享给他们，或请管理员为整个组织发布。如果你的组织对 Power Platform 连接器设置了数据策略，这些策略同样适用于 MCP 服务器。
智能体不调用工具。 检查请求头名称是否正好是 X-API-Key，密钥是否属于与 URL 相同的 MCP 服务器，并把 Server description 写得具体：Copilot Studio 根据它决定何时调用服务器。每次修改后重新发布智能体；在已打开的对话中输入 "start over" 即可使用新版本。
