步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 10 分钟。你需要 CleverReach 账户的管理员权限来创建 OAuth 应用。
- 在 CleverReach 中打开 Account、Extras、REST API，创建一个 OAuth 应用。
- 选择权限范围 Recipients（

CLEVERREACH_CLIENT_ID，把 Client Secret 复制到CLEVERREACH_CLIENT_SECRET。CLEVERREACH_REFRESH_TOKEN留空，然后安装连接器。 - 在连接器页面点击 Authorize with Provider 并登录 CleverReach。刷新令牌会自动填入并保存，访问令牌也会自动续期。

cleverreach_whoami：它会显示令牌所属的账户并确认连接成功。
可读取的内容：群组（收件人列表）及其全部、活跃、非活跃和退信收件人的数量，以及群组的筛选器（细分）；群组中的收件人及其邮箱、活跃标志、时间戳、来源和属性；按 id 或邮箱查询的单个收件人，含全局属性、标签、积分和退信状态、所在群组，以及来自商店或应用的事件；用临时筛选器跨群组查找的收件人（不会保存任何内容）；标签和属性（数据字段）；黑名单和按类别划分的退信（hardbounce、softbounce、blocked、delayed、spam）；注册表单；按状态（finished、draft、waiting、running、automation）列出的群发邮件及其内容和链接；你自己的模板和群发类别；已发送群发的报告，含打开、点击、退信、退订、按模式的详细统计（客户端、国家、最初几小时、链接、转化等），以及打开、点击、退信或退订的收件人。
可写入的内容：群组用 cleverreach_create_group 和 cleverreach_update_group；收件人用 cleverreach_create_receiver、cleverreach_upsert_receivers（按邮箱匹配批量处理，每批几百个）、cleverreach_update_receiver、cleverreach_activate_receiver 和 cleverreach_deactivate_receiver（仍留在群组中，但不再收到群发）；标签用 cleverreach_add_receiver_tags 和 cleverreach_remove_receiver_tags；数据字段用 cleverreach_create_attribute（全局，或用 group_id 针对某个群组）；黑名单用 cleverreach_add_to_blacklist 和 cleverreach_remove_from_blacklist；群发草稿用 cleverreach_create_mailing 和 cleverreach_update_mailing，测试发送用 cleverreach_send_mailing_preview，它只接受你 CleverReach 账户中用户的邮箱地址。
双重确认：AI 先创建收件人，把 registered 设为当前时间、activated 设为 "0"，再用 activate 类型和 cleverreach_list_forms 中的表单 id 调用 cleverreach_send_form_mail，并传入 doidata 作为同意证明。收件人点击链接后，CleverReach 会将其激活。如果不设置 registered 和 activated，新收件人会立即生效，这需要你能证明的同意。
同意：收件人属于 GDPR 下的个人数据。AI 只添加或激活有书面同意记录的地址，会先向你展示将发生的变更，并在任何写入前等你同意。
安装时关闭：cleverreach_delete_receiver，它会把收件人从群组中永久删除，例如用于数据删除请求；该收件人在此群组中的历史记录会丢失。由工作区管理员有意开启。在此之前，停用收件人即可让其不再收到群发。
数据格式：id 是以字符串形式发送的数字。收件人相关工具接受收件人 id 或邮箱地址。时间（registered、activated、deactivated、stamp、报告日期）为以秒为单位的 Unix 时间戳；0 表示未设置。当 activated 已设置且 deactivated 为 0 时，收件人在该群组中处于活跃状态。global_attributes 适用于所有群组，attributes 只适用于一个群组。标签由字母、数字、_ 和 - 组成，可在句点前加来源前缀，例如 shop.vip。
分页：页码从 0 开始。收件人接受 pagesize（最多 5000）和 page；退信每页最多 500 条；群发接受 limit 和 page（仅当 state 不是 all 时分页）。条数少于每页数量的那一页就是最后一页。
常见错误：响应中带有错误代码和消息。401 表示令牌已过期或被撤销：再次点击 Authorize with Provider，并确认 Client ID 和 secret 属于同一个应用。403 表示 OAuth 应用缺少该领域的权限范围：为应用添加 Recipients、Reports、Forms 或 Emails 后重新授权。404 表示 id 未知，或该地址不在此群组中或不在黑名单上。400 表示数据无效，例如属性名或时间戳错误。
连接器不会把群发邮件发送给列表：CleverReach 只会按申请额外授予这一权限范围，因此你在检查预览后，到 CleverReach 中启动最终发送。它不删除群组或群发邮件，也不创建表单或模板。
