前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 2 分钟，需要 Connecteam 的所有者或管理员。
- 在 Connecteam 中打开 Settings > API Keys，点击 Add API key。把密钥复制到
CONNECTEAM_API_KEY。它能访问整个账户，请像对待密码一样保管。 - 把
CONNECTEAM_API_HOST设为https://api.connecteam.com；如果你在 app-au.connecteam.com 登录（澳大利亚账户），则设为https://api-au.connecteam.com。 - 安装连接器：
connecteam_get_account用于安装检查。
使用 API 需要每个 hub 都是 Expert 套餐或更高：考勤钟、排班器、工作项目和任务属于 Operations；聊天属于 Communications；休假属于 HR & Skills。用户、账户和发布者在任何符合条件的 hub 下都可用。
个人数据：用户包含姓名、电话、邮箱以及生日、地址或证件号码等自定义档案字段；工时记录可能包含 GPS 位置。只请求任务需要的内容。
先取 ID：每个考勤钟、排班器和任务板都是独立的应用实例。AI 在调用需要 timeClockId、schedulerId 或 taskBoardId 的工具之前，会先用 connecteam_list_time_clocks、connecteam_list_schedulers 和 connecteam_list_task_boards 获取它们的 ID。
读取内容：
- 账户和人员：
connecteam_get_account、connecteam_list_users（按 ID、姓名、邮箱、电话、状态或修改时间筛选）、connecteam_list_custom_fields、connecteam_list_custom_field_categories和connecteam_list_smart_groups。 - 考勤钟：
connecteam_list_time_activities返回每个用户的打卡班次、手动休息和休假，每次调用最多 92 天；connecteam_get_timesheet_totals返回每个用户每天的工时，以及休息、加班、薪酬和审批、提交、锁定状态。 - 排班：
connecteam_list_shifts（时间范围用 Unix 秒）、connecteam_get_shift、connecteam_list_shift_custom_fields和connecteam_list_user_unavailabilities。 - 工作项目（班次和打卡时间所归属的客户、现场或项目）：

写入内容：
- 考勤钟：
connecteam_clock_in和connecteam_clock_out在当前或指定时间为用户上班或下班打卡，可指定工作项目或计划班次。connecteam_create_time_activities补录过去的班次或手动休息（例如忘记打卡），connecteam_update_time_activities修正它们。已锁定或已审批的日期会被拒绝。 - 排班：
connecteam_create_shifts和connecteam_update_shifts；把isPublished和notifyUsers设为 true 时，员工能看到班次并收到通知。 - 工作项目：
connecteam_create_jobs（也可用parentId建子项目）和connecteam_update_job（title必填）。 - 任务：
connecteam_create_task和connecteam_update_task。API 会替换整个任务，因此 AI 每次都发送userIds、status和title；状态completed表示完成。 - 休假：
connecteam_create_time_off_request（待审批或直接已批准）和connecteam_update_time_off_request（用status批准或拒绝）。 - 用户：
connecteam_create_users（每个用户需要 firstName、lastName、phoneNumber 和 userType；sendActivation会发送激活短信）、connecteam_update_users、connecteam_archive_users（可恢复：用isArchivedfalse 更新）和connecteam_create_user_note。 - 聊天：
connecteam_send_message发到某个会话，connecteam_send_private_message发给单个用户，两者都用connecteam_list_publishers中的发布者 ID 作为senderId。消息会立即送达。
安装时关闭：connecteam_delete_user、connecteam_delete_shift 和 connecteam_delete_task。它们无法撤销；团队需要时由工作区管理员开启。归档用户是可恢复的替代做法。
数据格式：响应形如 { "requestId": "...", "data": {...}, "paging": { "offset": n } }。班次、打卡和任务的时间是以秒为单位的 Unix 时间戳，另附 IANA timezone；筛选中的日期为 YYYY-MM-DD。用户 ID 是整数；班次、工作项目、任务和申请的 ID 是字符串。批量写入（connecteam_create_users、connecteam_create_shifts、connecteam_create_jobs 以及各更新工具）接受列表，并逐项返回结果。
分页：limit（默认 10；上限因工具而异，最多 500）和 offset。AI 每次把 offset 增加 limit，直到某页返回的条数少于 limit。
限制和常见错误：速率限制按账户和套餐计算（Expert：每分钟 100 次、每天 10,000 次请求），超出返回 429。401 或 403 表示密钥错误、API 地址不对（全球或澳大利亚）或套餐、hub 没有 API 权限；404 表示 ID 不存在；422 表示校验错误，响应体中会指出字段。
连接器不处理薪资发放，不编辑表单也不提交表单回答，不创建考勤钟、排班器或任务板。

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 在网页版的 Plugins 页面把 MCP 服务器添加为插件，仅付费套餐可用，不再需要开发者模式。在 Business 工作区中只有管理员和所有者可以添加；在 Enterprise 和 Edu 中，管理员可以授予 Create plugins with MCPs 权限。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 Add，然后选择 Add custom MCP server。
- 填写名称，例如 Name:
