Dialpad + ChatGPT
让你的 AI 使用 Dialpad：查找用户、办公室和呼叫中心，查看通话、录音和 Dialpad Ai 转写，实时查看队列，发起通话，发送短信，管理联系人并导出通话统计。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 以公司管理员（company admin）身份登录 Dialpad，打开 Admin Settings。API 密钥需要 Dialpad Pro 或 Enterprise 套餐。
- 在 My Company 下打开 Authentication → API Keys，点击 Add key。填写名称，选择过期时间，并勾选通话记录所需的附加权限范围
calls:list。如果之后录音链接一直为空，再加上recordings_export。 - 保存并复制密钥：Dialpad 只显示一次。按原样粘贴到
DIALPAD_API_KEY，不要加 Bearer 前缀，然后安装连接器。 - 用
dialpad_list_offices和dialpad_get_company检查设置。
谁能看到什么：公司管理员的密钥可以访问公司的所有用户、通话和联系人。请只把 MCP 服务器分享给有权查看这些内容的人。非管理员的密钥调用 dialpad_get_company、dialpad_list_numbers 和 dialpad_list_calls 时会返回 403。不支持 Dialpad 沙盒环境。通话、录音、语音留言、转写和统计导出都是来电者和员工的个人数据，所以 AI 只读取你要求的内容。
会触达真实的人并可能产生费用，所以 AI 会先问你：dialpad_initiate_call 会让用户的所有设备响铃，用户接起后再拨打对方号码；dialpad_send_sms 以某个用户的名义向最多 10 个号码发送短信。国际和增值号码目的地在套餐之外另行计费，美国收件人必须同意接收短信。执行这两种操作前，AI 都会告诉你谁用哪个号码、以什么内容给谁打电话或发短信，并等你同意。dialpad_create_contact 也会等你同意，dialpad_create_recording_share_link 同样如此：任何拿到公开链接的人都能收听录音，所以 AI 会问你要哪种权限（owner、company、admin 或 public）。
通话和 Dialpad Ai：dialpad_list_calls 按从新到旧列出已结束的通话，可按时间（Unix 毫秒）以及一个用户、办公室、部门或呼叫中心筛选。dialpad_get_call 还会返回录音详情、分享链接和转写文本，但 Dialpad 每分钟只允许调用 10 次。dialpad_get_call_transcript 读取 Dialpad Ai 转写及其中的 Ai moments，例如待办事项和问题；dialpad_get_call_transcript_url 给出 Dialpad 中通话回顾页面的链接。没有开通 Dialpad Ai 的线路上的通话没有转写（404）。Dialpad Ai 的通话回顾（通话摘要）只通过 Webhook 推送，所以本连接器无法读取。
队列和统计：dialpad_get_call_center_status 实时显示队列状态，包括在岗坐席、等待中的通话和当前最长等待时间。dialpad_start_stats_export 为整个公司、某个办公室或某个目标启动 CSV 导出，内容可以是通话、短信、语音留言、录音、在岗时长、CSAT 或通话结果；AI 会用 dialpad_get_stats_export 查询直到完成，然后把下载链接给你。文件中可能包含电话号码。
速率限制按公司和按接口分别计算：大多数读取每分钟 1200 次，dialpad_get_call 每分钟 10 次，dialpad_initiate_call 每分钟 5 次，dialpad_send_sms 每分钟 100 次（更高套餐为 800 次），创建联系人每分钟 100 次，统计导出每小时 200 次。返回 429 时请稍候重试。
常见错误：401：密钥错误、已删除或粘贴时带了 Bearer 前缀。403：密钥不是公司管理员创建的、无权访问该办公室，或缺少通话列表所需的 calls:list 权限范围。404：该 ID 不存在，或该通话没有转写。发送短信时返回 400：号码不是 E.164 格式（+8613812345678），或该用户不能使用这个号码发送。
该连接器不涉及挂断或转接进行中的通话，修改用户、办公室、号码或路由，Webhook 和事件订阅，会议以及传真。

步骤 3 — 在 ChatGPT 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
ChatGPT 在网页版的 Plugins 页面把 MCP 服务器添加为插件，仅付费套餐可用，不再需要开发者模式。在 Business 工作区中只有管理员和所有者可以添加；在 Enterprise 和 Edu 中，管理员可以授予 Create plugins with MCPs 权限。
- 前往 chatgpt.com/plugins，点击 +，然后选择 Add custom MCP server。
- 填写名称，例如 Name:
Dialpad。 - 在 Connection 下的 Server URL 中填入
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID，Authentication 保持为 OAuth。 - 选择 I understand and want to continue，然后点击 Create as a plugin。ChatGPT 提示时，登录 AnythingMCP 并允许访问。
