easybill + Meta Muse
让你的 AI 处理你的 easybill 账户：查找客户并新建客户，按客户、日期或付款状态列出发票、贷记单、报价单、付款提醒和送货单，读取明细行和合计，获取单据 PDF，并查询你的商品目录。只需 easybill 个人资料中的 API 密钥。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 登录 easybill，点击右上角的用户图标，选择 Profil und Einstellungen（个人资料和设置；easybill 的界面是德语的）。
- 在打开的窗口中找到 API 密钥部分，点击 Neuen Schlüssel generieren（生成新密钥），然后点击右上角的 Speichern（保存）。如果看不到 API 密钥部分，请联系 easybill 支持团队为你的账户开通 API 访问。
- 把密钥复制到
EASYBILL_API_KEY。连接器会把它作为 Bearer 令牌发送到https://api.easybill.de/rest/v1；无需填写 URL、账户 ID 或其他设置。 - 安装连接器。不需要点击 Authorize with Provider：只要密钥就够了，AnythingMCP 会加密保存它。
- 先用较小的
limit（例如 5）运行easybill_list_customers，确认密钥连到了正确的 easybill 账户。
一个工具涵盖所有单据类型：发票、贷记单、报价单、付款提醒和送货单都通过 easybill_list_documents 获取，用 type 筛选（INVOICE、CREDIT、OFFER、REMINDER、DELIVERY，多个值用逗号分隔）。它还可以按 customer_id、document_date（单个 YYYY-MM-DD 或 2026-01-01,2026-03-31 这样的日期范围）和 paid_at 筛选，paid_at 设为 null 时只返回未付款的单据。easybill_get_document 读取单张单据的明细行、每行税率（vat_percent）、合计和付款状态，easybill_get_document_pdf 返回最终的 PDF，以 base64 编码放在 pdf 字段中。
ID 和编号：除了界面上显示的编号（客户编号、发票编号），easybill 还为每个客户和每张单据分配一个数字 id。easybill_get_customer、easybill_get_document、easybill_get_document_pdf 和 customer_id 筛选条件需要的是这个 id，所以 AI 会先用列表工具查出它。easybill_list_customers 可以按 company_name、last_name、emails、number（客户编号）和 country（ISO 代码，例如 DE）搜索。
新建客户：easybill_create_customer 是唯一会写入数据的工具。它至少需要 company_name 或 last_name 之一，还可以填写 first_name、地址、emails，以及 vat_identifier 中的增值税号。新建客户前，先让 AI 把数据给你看一遍，以免出现重复客户。
权限和只读设置：如果只想让 AI 读取数据，请在连接器页面停用 easybill_create_customer。其余六个工具只读取客户、单据、PDF 和你的商品目录（easybill_list_positions，包括商品编号、描述、单价和税率）。
长列表：列表工具默认每页返回 100 行，用 limit 最多可以到 1000 行。响应中包含 page、pages 和 total，AI 会通过 page 继续翻页。金额以各单据的币种表示。
常见错误：401 表示密钥缺失或错误：请从 Profil und Einstellungen 重新复制，或在那里生成新密钥并更新 EASYBILL_API_KEY。查询单个客户或单据时返回 404，通常是因为 AI 传入的是 easybill 界面上显示的编号，而不是数字 id。
该连接器不会创建、发送、修改或作废发票、报价单等单据，不记录付款，不发送付款提醒，不编辑或删除客户，也不修改商品目录。

步骤 3 — 在 Muse 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
Muse 以自定义连接器的形式添加远程 MCP 服务器，并通过 OAuth 登录。
- 在 Muse 中打开 Settings → Connectors，选择 Add custom connector。
- 粘贴 MCP 服务器 URL
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID。 - Muse 会打开 AnythingMCP 的登录页面：登录并批准访问。
- 在聊天中，向 Muse 提出需要用到
easybill的工具的请求。
