Fireflies.ai + Gemini

前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:

步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 登录 app.fireflies.ai，打开 Integrations → Fireflies API（
https://app.fireflies.ai/integrations/custom/fireflies）或 Settings → Developer settings。每个 Fireflies 用户都有 API 密钥，免费套餐也不例外。 - 复制 API 密钥，按 Fireflies 显示的原样粘贴到
FIREFLIES_API_KEY，前面不要加 Bearer。 - 用
fireflies_get_current_user检查设置。
谁能看到什么：密钥以其所有者的身份操作，所以连接器能看到该用户在 Fireflies 中能看到的会议。管理员的密钥能看到整个团队的会议。请只把 MCP 服务器分享给有权查看这些会议的人。
录音和转录稿属于个人数据：其中包含同事、客户和其他参会者说过的话，以及姓名和邮箱地址。AI 只获取你的问题所需的内容，优先使用 AI 笔记和简短摘要而不是全文，除非你要求，否则不会把转录稿复制到其他系统。
使用方法：fireflies_list_transcripts 按日期范围、组织者、参会者、团队成员或频道查找会议，也可以只查你自己的会议；fireflies_search_transcripts 在标题或会上说过的内容中查找某个词或短语。两者都用 limit（最多 50）和 skip 分页。fireflies_get_transcript 读取一场会议及其 AI 笔记（概述、待办事项、关键词、提纲、主题）、发言人和参会者。fireflies_get_transcript_text 返回会上说过的内容，每次 700 行；较长的会议可用 fireflies_get_transcript_text_more 补充第 701 到 1400 行，再往后 AI 会改用搜索或询问 AskFred。音频片段（soundbite）来自 fireflies_list_bites 和 fireflies_get_bite；团队信息来自 fireflies_list_users 和 fireflies_list_channels；正在录制的会议来自 fireflies_list_active_meetings。
AskFred 会消耗 AI 额度：fireflies_ask_about_meeting 就一场会议向 Fireflies 的助手提问，fireflies_ask_across_meetings 就多场会议提问（默认最近 30 天，最多往前一年），fireflies_ask_follow_up 在同一对话中继续追问。每个回答都会消耗你 Fireflies 套餐的 AI 额度，所以 AI 会在一次对话的第一个问题之前告诉你，并等你同意。之前的对话可通过 fireflies_list_askfred_threads 和 fireflies_get_askfred_thread 查看。
写入操作会先问你：fireflies_create_bite 从会议中剪出一个音频片段，团队中的其他人可能看得到。fireflies_upload_audio 从公开的 https 链接发送一段录音（mp3、mp4、wav、m4a 或 ogg，音频最大 200 MB）进行转录，并在你的账户中创建一场新会议。fireflies_add_bot_to_live_meeting 把 Fireflies 记录机器人派进正在进行的通话（Zoom、Google Meet、Teams 等）；它以可见参会者的身份加入，通话中的每个人都会看到会议正在被录制。AI 会告诉你这一点，确认会议链接，并等你同意。在某些国家，录音需要通话中所有人的同意；这由你负责。Fireflies 允许每个用户每 20 分钟发出 3 次机器人请求。
安装时默认关闭：fireflies_delete_transcript 会永久删除一场会议及其录音、转录稿和笔记，fireflies_set_user_role 把团队成员设为管理员或普通用户（需要管理员密钥）。需由管理员有意打开它们。
其他读取：fireflies_graphql_query 可运行 Fireflies API 的任意查询。Fireflies 不发布 schema 文件，所以 fireflies_graphql_schema 无法加载它；AI 会改用内省（introspection）查询来查找类型。fireflies_graphql_mutation 可以修改或删除密钥能触及的任何内容，所以安装时默认关闭，fireflies_graphql_subscription 也一样。
套餐和限制：免费套餐允许每分钟 30 个请求、每天 500 个；Pro 允许每分钟 60 个、每天 5,000 个；Business 和 Enterprise 按团队每个付费席位每分钟 60 个。会议的音频和视频链接需要 Pro 或更高套餐。
常见错误：auth_failed（Fireflies 以 HTTP 500 返回）：API 密钥错误或已被新密钥替换；请从 Integrations → Fireflies API 重新复制。object_not_found：ID 错误，或密钥的用户看不到该会议。too_many_requests 或 HTTP 429：已达到套餐限制；请等待消息中给出的时间。paid_required：该功能需要更高的 Fireflies 套餐。forbidden 或 require_elevated_privilege：密钥的用户无权执行此操作，例如没有管理员权限却要打开别人的会议。require_ai_credits：AskFred 的 AI 额度已用完。
该连接器不会分享会议，也不会修改会议的隐私设置、标题或频道；它不涉及用户组、实时待办事项、暂停录制、分析、AI 应用输出、联系人、审计日志和 Webhook。
