HiBob + Claude
通过服务用户以公开 API 使用 HR 平台 HiBob（Bob）：员工搜索与档案，工作、雇佣、生命周期和薪资历史，自定义表，公司列表，休假（谁不在、申请、余额和政策），节假日，已保存报表，入职流程，任务和文档。主数据写入在安装时关闭。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
HIBOB_SERVICE_USER_ID, HIBOB_SERVICE_USER_TOKEN
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
设置大约需要 10 分钟，需要一位 Bob 管理员。连接器通过服务用户使用 Bob 的公开 REST API（https://api.hibob.com/v1）。
- 以管理员身份在 Bob 中打开 Settings > Integrations > Automation > Service Users，点击 Manage，创建一个带名称和显示名称的服务用户。立即复制它的 ID 和 token：令牌只在生成时显示。丢失的令牌可以重新生成，旧令牌随之失效。
- 为服务用户创建一个专用的权限组（permission group）并把它加进去。新建的组没有任何权限，只授予你实际用到的：
- People's data > People's fields：对要读取的类别授予 View（
hibob_search_people至少需要 root、about、employment 和 work），对历史表（work、employment、lifecycle、payroll）授予 View history，对要更新的地方授予 Edit。 - Access data for：Everyone 或某个条件。默认只覆盖在职人员；去掉条件 Lifecycle status equals Employed 才能用
show_inactive读取离职人员。 - People's data > Time off：查看申请和余额；如果使用相应工具，还要能提交或取消申请；
include_private需要查看私密申请的权限。 - Features > Reports：View reports according to people's data access rights。
- People's data > Tasks and flow > People's tasks：View and mark selected people's tasks as complete。
- People's data > Docs > [文件夹]：按文档文件夹授予 View，共享文件夹再授予 Upload。
- People's data > People's fields：对要读取的类别授予 View（

HIBOB_SERVICE_USER_ID，把令牌粘贴到HIBOB_SERVICE_USER_TOKEN。它们以 HTTP Basic 认证发送。 - 安装连接器并运行
hibob_list_employee_fields检查访问权限。
先查字段 ID：hibob_list_employee_fields 列出所有内置和自定义字段及其点号表示的 ID（root.displayName、work.department、work.custom.field_123），以及列表型字段的列表 ID。hibob_list_named_lists 和 hibob_get_named_list 把列表 ID 转成名称（部门、地点、职位、日历）。
可读取的内容：
- 员工：
hibob_search_people一次调用读取多名员工（全部，或仅按root.id或root.email筛选；其他筛选会被拒绝），hibob_get_employee按 ID 或工作邮箱读取一个人，hibob_list_profiles提供快速通讯录。在大公司里，AI 先用fields: ["root.id"]搜索，再每次读取 50 到 200 个 ID。 - 单人的历史表（work、employment、lifecycle、salary），以及多人的批量历史（work、lifecycle、salary）。
- 自定义表及其列，以及某位员工的条目。
- 休假：某段日期或某一天谁不在，某个时间点以来变更的申请，带每日明细的单个申请，员工某个政策类型的余额，政策类型、原因代码、政策，以及通过
hibob_search_calendar_events查询公司节假日和停业日。 - 已保存报表，以 JSON 行、CSV 或 XLSX 运行；大型报表用
hibob_request_report_download在后台生成，再用hibob_download_report_by_name获取。 - 入职向导、全公司的未完成任务、某位员工的任务、文档文件夹，以及员工带下载链接的文档。
安装后可写入的内容：hibob_submit_time_off_request（AI 会先用 hibob_get_policy_type 查看政策类型的单位；除非管理员设置 skip_manager_approval，申请按政策的审批流程走），hibob_cancel_time_off_request 和 hibob_complete_task。
安装时关闭：主数据写入工具 hibob_update_employee（只改字段，不改表格行）、hibob_create_work_entry（晋升、调动、更换上级）、hibob_create_custom_table_entry、hibob_add_named_list_item 和 hibob_upload_shared_document（公开或预签名 URL，最大 5 MB，员工本人可见）。由工作区管理员在连接器中有意开启。
数据格式：员工 ID 是以字符串形式发送的长数字（3332883884017713238）。请求使用点号表示法（work.department），响应使用斜杠键（/work/department），同一个值也可能按类别嵌套出现。列表型字段保存的是条目 ID；human_readable: APPEND 或 REPLACE 会附加名称或用名称替换。日期为 YYYY-MM-DD；hibob_list_time_off_changes 接受 ISO 8601 日期时间。余额使用政策类型的单位（天或小时），薪资带有各自的币种。更新后最多 20 秒内，Bob 可能仍返回旧值。
静默省略：没有权限或 ID 错误的字段会直接从响应中消失，不报错。缺少某个值时，先检查服务用户的权限组，再下结论说该值为空。
翻页：员工搜索、个人资料、单人历史、未完成任务（最多 5,000 条）和谁不在会一次返回全部。批量历史工具和 hibob_search_calendar_events 用 cursor 等于 response_metadata.next_cursor 翻页，为 null 时 AI 停止。
限制：速率限制按端点计算（员工搜索每分钟 50 次请求），超出返回 429。谁不在和日历查询的日期范围有最大跨度，休假变更最多只能回溯 6 个月。
常见错误：401 表示 ID 或令牌错误，403 表示服务用户所在组缺少权限，400 表示筛选、字段或日期范围无效。反复出现 401 或 403 可能被 Bob 的防火墙暂时封禁，所以请先修正权限再重试。
该连接器不做薪资核算，不会通过 hibob_update_employee 修改历史表的行，也没有审批或拒绝待处理休假申请的工具。

你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
推荐路径：在 claude.ai web 上工作，无需触碰任何配置文件。
- 在 Claude 中打开 Customize → Connectors。
