HR WORKS + Microsoft Copilot
通过 v2 REST API 访问德国人力资源与薪资平台 HR WORKS：员工、缺勤、病假、远程办公（居家办公）、工作时间、工时账户、工资发放、人事档案、项目、应聘者、组织单位、节假日和成本中心。
前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
HRWORKS_ACCESS_KEY, HRWORKS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
- 在 HR WORKS 中打开 Administration → API，创建一对 API 密钥：一个 access key 和一个 secret access key。
- 把 access key 填入
HRWORKS_ACCESS_KEY，把 secret access key 填入HRWORKS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY，然后安装连接器。 - 先运行
hrworks_list_organization_units或hrworks_list_persons，确认这对密钥可以使用。
令牌由连接器处理：HR WORKS 签发的令牌有效期约 15 分钟。连接器用你的密钥对换取令牌，在过期前自动续期，并在收到 401 后重新登录，因此长对话和定时任务都能持续运行。
功能：48 个工具，可读取员工及其主数据、组织单位、节假日、缺勤、病假、远程办公（居家办公）、工作时间和工时账户、假期账户、可用工时、人事档案、工资发放、差旅费用报销单、项目、应聘者和招聘职位、成本中心和成本对象。有三个工具会写入数据：hrworks_create_working_times 记录工作时间或休息时间，hrworks_update_working_times 修改已有的工作时间，hrworks_delete_working_times 删除已记录的工作时间（安装时处于关闭状态）。HR WORKS 在后台处理这三类请求并返回一个任务 ID，可用 hrworks_get_working_times_job 查看结果。写入之前，AI 会先和你确认人员、日期和时间。其他工具都只读。
汇总和余额：hrworks_list_time_accounts 按月返回应工作时数、实际工作时数和加班余额，hrworks_list_leave_accounts 一次返回多人的年假额度以及已批准、已计划和即将过期的天数。hrworks_get_absences_accumulated、hrworks_get_sick_leaves_accumulated 和 hrworks_get_remote_work_accumulated 按人统计某段时间内的天数，而不是逐条列出记录；hrworks_get_available_working_hours 返回扣除缺勤后的可用工时，便于做产能规划。
机密数据：主数据、人事档案、工资发放和病假属于个人数据、薪资数据和健康数据。只把连接器放在有权查看这些数据的人所使用的 MCP 服务器上，或者关闭这些工具。
日期范围：缺勤、病假、远程办公、各项汇总和可用工时需要 beginDate 和 endDate（YYYY-MM-DD），每次调用最多覆盖一年，使用 interval=days 时最多 31 天。工作时间的限制更严：每次调用最多 31 天，且最多跨两个自然月，因此 AI 会按月查询。差旅费用报销单同样需要 beginDate 和 endDate。
人员标识：大多数人员相关工具接受员工编号或 HR WORKS 用户名，用 personIdentifierType 或 usePersonnelNumbers 告诉 HR WORKS 你用的是哪一种。查询某个人的工资发放需要其 UUID，hrworks_get_person 和 hrworks_list_persons_master_data 会返回它。
已经安装？ 之前安装的连接器可通过目录更新获得新工具：在 AnythingMCP 中打开该连接器，在 Catalog update available 下查看新工具列表，然后点击 Apply update。你的凭据和你自己添加的工具保持不变。另请注意：hrworks_list_travel_expense_reports 现在需要 beginDate 和 endDate，hrworks_list_working_times 每次调用最多 31 天，且不超过两个自然月。
沙箱：如需在 https://api.demo-hrworks.de 的 HR WORKS 演示环境中测试，请把连接器的 base URL 和认证设置中的登录 URL 改为演示主机。
限制：大多数列表每页返回 50 条；如果还有更多，AI 会请求下一个 page。HR WORKS 按账户设置速率限制。

步骤 3 — 在 Microsoft Copilot 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
Microsoft Copilot 通过在 Copilot Studio 中构建的智能体使用 MCP 服务器：把 AnythingMCP 作为工具添加到智能体，然后把智能体发布到 Microsoft 365 Copilot 和 Teams。Copilot Studio 从 Microsoft 的云端通过 Streamable HTTP 连接，AnythingMCP 支持这种方式。
- 在 Copilot Studio 中打开你的智能体（或新建一个），进入 Tools，选择 Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol。
- 填写 Server name（例如
AnythingMCP）、说明连接器用途的 Server description，以及 Server URLhttps://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/YOUR_SERVER_ID。Copilot Studio 根据描述决定何时调用该服务器。 - 身份验证选择 API key，把 Type 设为 Header，请求头名称填
X-API-Key，然后选择 Create。 - 在 Add tool 中选择 Create a new connection，粘贴 AnythingMCP 的 MCP API 密钥（MCP Servers → 你的服务器 → API keys），然后选择 Add to agent。
- 在智能体的 Test 窗格中试一试：提出需要用到
HR WORKS的工具的请求。 - 选择 Publish，然后进入 Channels → Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams，保持勾选 Make agent available in Microsoft Copilot，再选择 Add channel。See agent in Teams 会为你安装该智能体；在 Microsoft 365 Copilot 中输入 @ 并选择该智能体。

这适用于哪个 Copilot？ 适用于工作中的 Microsoft 365 Copilot，通过 Copilot Studio 的智能体实现。面向个人账户的 Microsoft Copilot 应用无法添加自己的 MCP 服务器。
我需要什么？ 一个可以使用 Copilot Studio 的工作账户（许可证或试用版），用于构建智能体。在 Microsoft 365 Copilot 或 Teams 中使用它的人需要拥有该智能体的访问权限：把它共享给他们，或请管理员为整个组织发布。如果你的组织对 Power Platform 连接器设置了数据策略，这些策略同样适用于 MCP 服务器。
智能体不调用工具。 检查请求头名称是否正好是 X-API-Key，密钥是否属于与 URL 相同的 MCP 服务器，并把 Server description 写得具体：Copilot Studio 根据它决定何时调用服务器。每次修改后重新发布智能体；在已打开的对话中输入 "start over" 即可使用新版本。
