Instagram + Cursor

前提条件
完整的设置说明已内置在连接器中 (在 store 中选择连接器时可见)。所需环境变量:
INSTAGRAM_ACCESS_TOKEN, INSTAGRAM_ACCOUNT_ID
步骤 1 — 获取凭证
该连接器通过 Meta 的 Graph API 读取一个关联到 Facebook 主页的 Instagram 专业账号（商家或创作者）。个人 Instagram 账号无法使用 API。
- 在 Meta Business 设置中打开 Users → System users，选择或创建一个系统用户，并把 Facebook 主页和 Instagram 账号作为资产分配给它。
- 点击 Generate token，选择你的 Meta 应用（已添加 Instagram 产品），把有效期设为 Never，并授予 instagram_basic、instagram_manage_insights、instagram_manage_comments、pages_show_list、pages_read_engagement 和 business_management。只有需要发布内容时才添加 instagram_content_publish。把令牌填入
INSTAGRAM_ACCESS_TOKEN。也可以使用 Graph API Explorer 生成的长期用户令牌，但需要每 60 天更换一次。 - 将
INSTAGRAM_ACCOUNT_ID设为 Instagram 账号 ID，即以 1784 开头的数字（不是用户名，也不是主页 ID）。Meta Business 设置的 Accounts → Instagram accounts 中可以看到它；instagram_list_linked_accounts会以instagram_business_account.id返回它。 - 先调用
instagram_get_account：它会检查配置，并返回粉丝数和媒体数。
发布工具 instagram_create_media_container 和 instagram_publish_media 安装时处于关闭状态。通过 API 每 24 小时最多发布 50 条帖子，话题标签搜索在滚动的 7 天内最多 30 个不同标签，粉丝少于 100 的账号不返回人口统计洞察。错误 190 表示令牌已过期或被撤销；错误 10 或 200 表示缺少权限。
步骤 2 — 安装 adapter

步骤 3 — 在 Cursor 中添加连接器
你的服务器 URL： 在 AnythingMCP 中打开 MCP Servers → 此连接器所在的服务器，复制它的 URL（
https://cloud.anythingmcp.com/mcp/…）。本指南中出现YOUR_SERVER_ID的地方都用它替换。
